WORLD TRADE FORUM

OFFICE OF
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

ENCRYPTED MESSAGE
[TR][TD]

TO: Carl-Dieter Spranger; Minister of Environment, Nature Conservation, and Reactor Security of Germany( Vaka )
FROM: Jay Stevens, Executive Director of The World Trade Forum

Minister Spranger,

Greetings! Thank you for making an offer to the World Trade Forum. We are highly interested in the merchant vessels that you offered to sell us. We are interested in purchasing some ships from you. This would be a very lucrative deal for both of us because we would potentially be interested in making the Germany a permanent partner with the WTF when it comes to purchasing trade vessels. This could also mean that we may purchase a large number of ships right now! However, there are two conditions that we would like to agree upon:
1. Germany will issue a "Maintenance License" to the World Trade Forum, meaning that we can simply order spare parts and maintain the ships without having to contact you.
2. Germany will not restrict the WTF from reselling the ships in the future.

If you can agree to these terms, then we are potentially interested in purchasing a large quantity of the Hapag-Lloyd Kobe Express-Class which your government listed as: $80,000,000.00 per unit. Once you get back to me, we can see what we can do to move forward. Thanks for your time, and I can't wait for the WTF and Germany to be partners.

Subject: WTF and GDE Potential Partnership.

Security Level: Private and Encrypted
Good Morning Mr. Stevens,

We are excited to hear that Germany is being considered for a potential partnership with the World Trade Forum. I am replying to your previous email in hopes of answering some of the concerns you had about purchasing a large number of the Hapag-Lloyd Kobe Express-Class. To the first point, Maintenance Licenses. We would be happy to issue a blanket Maintenance License to the World Trade forum to cover the Hapag-Lloyd Kobe Express-Class. This will give the WTF license repair or modify the Hapag-Lloyd Kobe Express-Class in anyway you see fit. We will also make our Hapag-Lloyd engineering team available should your engineering teams have any questions regarding maintenance or replacement parts. This Maintenance License would be issued directly to the World Trade Forum at no additional cost and last for the duration of our partnership. Germany will also not restrict the WTF should they feel the need to sell the ships in the future. We will have our ship builders at Hapag-Lloyd notified of the potential of large orders coming in the future.

If you have any additional concerns regarding the purchase of vessels or questions about our potential partnership, feel free to email directly. I am also equipped and available to take any orders your might want to place. This makes it easier than having to go through the GDE website and I will have full information regarding your account in an effort to help expedite all WTF orders.

Kind Regards!
