Hello @Moe ,

This Production was VOIDED because you didn't Complete it. [Billed] is a Prefix used by the Administrators to inform Players that the Money for the Production has been taken from your Balance.
Therein, Players have 7 Days approximately to complete and put the Assets into Active Service. This wasn't done, so the Topic was removed from play.
This had nothing to do with whether or not you're allowed to produce the Hermes 450.
