The National Security Committee of Cabinet would try to set up a communications channel with France, Belgium and Brazil in order to coordinate a response to Zimbabwe's actions, including the capturing of Australian Embassy staff. This would be done in secret and would be classified. The communications would be encrypted by the Defence Signals Directorate. It would ring through to the French, Belgium and Brazilian Governments.

The Belgian End of the line would pick up the call through an encrypted line of communication: "Greetings, it seems as though you have called upon to cordinate a response to the actions of the current regime in Harare. At present, Belgium is still in the process of preparing its forces for war...Make no mistake about it in time Mugabe will be history and nothing more."

The French Military would redirect the command line to the commander of the forces taking part in France's ongoing operations.


"This is Knight Commander Richard Delacroix speaking. My forces are beginning operations off the coast of Mozambique as we speak. Currently we are sending two sections of the Military Order of Ste Therese into Harare in order to secure our embassy and evacuate key personnel."

The Head of the Department of War and Defense, Chief Antonio de Quadros Peixoto would answer the call after making sure it was secure and properly encrypted.

"Salutations, We have received the declaration of war with...confusion, to say the least, Brazil is prepared to assist the other nations involved in this conflict in whichever way we can.

We have been maintaining close contact with our embassy through encrypted channels, they are relaying information as we speak."

"At 0300, our Special Forces raided the Harare Central Prison via Blackhawk and Seahawk helicopters and have retrieved our embassy personnel who were held captive there. They are now back on their way to HMAS Manoora for medical treatment and Mayotte if they're physically okay. Our Dassault Falcon 900s will take them from Mayotte back to Perth.

We will move onto stage two soon enough and that's to retrieve Australian citizens in Zimbabwe. This will require us to seize the Harare Airport in order to fly them out on Boeing 707s which are currently stationed in Mayotte. We will also have C-130s doing medical airlifts."
