Luckily Argentina had no serious terrorism incidents since the early 90s, with perhaps the small exception of some minor anarchist groups in the Patagonia. Nothing serious.

I would suggest you contact Nigeria on this issue, given they do have a more intense history of terrorist activity."

Especially since in all likelihood you may produce more then 200,000 just as you mentioned. Russian production licenses have been under valued in the past. Also purchasing them in smaller orders from us will make the up front cost less, but you wont have the convenience of creating the equipment yourself. "
