Specifically the Mil Mi-26 comes to mind for its ability to quickly transport heavy loads. Depending on what you expect to face the purchase of gunships to soften up landing zones is also suggested. I believe the Americans called it... air cavalry? Helicopters you may find useful for such a rapid response force would be the Ka-29 Assault Transport Helicopter, Kamov Ka-52 Alligator, Kamov Ka-60, Mi-8AMTSh Multirole Assault Helicopter,
Mil Mi-26T2 Heavy Transport, Mil Mi-28NM Havoc Attack Helicopter, and Mil Mi-35M. So long as the ground equipment chosen is light weight enough you would be able to air lift via helicopter an entire division with enough helicopters. But I understand such a rapid deployment method is expensive."
