This is not the job of the General Assembly, but of nations on their own, to deal with companies. A GA Financial Institution that governs all transactions should not exist, for the GA should not have so much influence as to threaten the sovereignty and decisions of a nation and their own financial practices. Furthermore, this bill could use revisions in actually teaching nations how to financially operate, instead of slapping the wrists of nations or companies who, indeed, wish to make a profit from their transactions. ​
