[REASON]: This is a right step in a ways the global community to monitor nefarious lenders or borrowers and can act with sanctions on those who abuse the system. I guarantee we will be here in these very chambers when a smaller, which did not know the consequences of the time, being invaded by another or selling off their own land.
Look at the case of the former pathetic government of Brazil that sold of 5 states including the city of Sao Paulo because they could not manage their finances and had to pimp themselves out to Argentina. It would be a pity for this to happen again.
