I am writing to inform you of my country's descion to withold and outright deny any such recognition of the recently established communist regime.
Any preexisting trade with said nation shall cease at once and an embargo on trade shall take effect as such with French merchant vessels forbidden to use Irish ports or unload their commodities. French merchant vessels will be given a period of 24 hours to leave Irish territorial waters, those who fail to meet the purposed time limit shall have their crews detained and their ship impounded temporarily
On a final note, all French diplomatic personnel have 50 hours to leave Irish soil those who remain shall be deported. French nationals, will be permitted to remain on Irish soil without hindrance but may be deported on the grounds of partaking in subversive activities or being public charges.
