Therefore we would humbly ask his Majesty's goverment to approvae the newly conduct of relations between our both countrys. We would like to ask your goverment to see an Emissary of our country to have place in your country, for an oppertunity of ongoign peacful and prosperous relations, of our both states and would therefore also welcome one honorable emissary of his majesty goverent in Tehran, if your goverment would like to accept our proposal.
