1. Customers May Resell products purchased from TDS on 3 conditions. First, The product must be sold for at least 50% of the purchase price, this does not include discounts and is the base price of the product. Second, the customer may not resell the product purchased for at least 3 months after the product has been delivered. Third, when selling products purchase from TDS you may not sell to nations known as enemies of the Republic of Turkey. Additionally you may not sell products bought from TDS to nations in the yellow or red category of the Republic of Turkey Diplomatic Relations report.
Please Notify TDS when reselling, and include the recipient of the Weapons, TDS has the right to deny any resale of equipment.
2. When purchasing LPL from the Republic of Turkey the production must be made within 30 days of the purchase of the LPL unless permission if given to the buyer beforehand.
3. The Buyer must transfer funds accordingly to the Republic of Turkey before LPL or the production of the product can begin. Incorrect transfers will be declined and the buyer will be notified and asked to repeat the purchase. If the transfer fails after 3 attempts the purchase will become void and the buyer will be notified and can resubmit their purchase accordingly.
4. Turkish Defense sales has the right to cancel any purchase if the nations declares war on the Republic of Turkey or commits an act of aggression against the Republic of Turkey.
5. Refunds Are available if the seller is notified within 5 days after the completion and shipment of the product. The customer will have to pay a $2,000,000 fee for any refund within this period. LPL is nonrefundable and all purchases are final unless permission is given otherwise.
