"Thank you, your majesty, we appreciate this effort to mantain the current tranquility in South America.

Regarding the railroad link, we could establish a committe, made out of engineers and specialists to plan out the details of the new "Alvear-Itaqui International Railroad Pass". Obviously it would not only end with the construction of the bridge, but also with the establishment of customs, warehouses, depots and train-to-truck and viceversa transfer stations.

In line with this, we also look forward to intensify bilateral trade. What good does Brazil currently export? We could offer you Petroleum, Grain, Lithium, Chemicals and Meat... fine quality argentinean meat!

In regard of your plans, I can only agree with you on the fact that there has been brazilian Governments recently who could have done way more for your people and international prestige than they really did. In Argentina we can only benefit form having a thriving and influential neighbour, and we are interested in helping you achieve your goals. Together we can help mantain south america for the south americans, and repel all extracontinental attempts of intervention, both political and economical. I think you would agree if I say the military is a key element to achieving this. This is way we want to expand our joint development projects and have also set an order for brazilian military equipment.

"That sounds great, in the topic of trade, Brazil exports Agricultural items such as Meat, Coffee and Sugar, while also exporting industrial and mineral items as Iron Ores, Vehicles and Machinery, We'd be interested in importing Argentinean Petroleum, Grain and Lithium, if that is possible.

I agree with you Mr Cambiasso, Which is why I'd like to suggest that our armed forces partake in joint-training exercises to enhance the cooperation between both of our nations and armed forces.

"Argentina would be very interested in importing brazilian coffee, sugar, iron ore and vehicles and machinery. In return we can settle weekly shipments of our petroleum, grain and lithium. On our end transports would depart from the port of La Plata. Just let us know where you want them delivered and we can begin sorting the proper paperwork out.

I will rely this proposal to our armed forces command, but I'm sure we can move on with this joint exercise. I understand that their philosophy is heavily influenced towards air and naval operations, which consitutes a strategic area of operations for the argentine national security, given the majority of threats and hazards to us may come from the sea. We woudl propose maybe an initial Fighter Pilot training to improve the meneuvering of our pilots while also learning the charateristics from each others aircrafts. This is important given the fact that someday we might encounter hostile nations operating one of the argentine or brazilian models, and we would have the edge in those cases knowing their capabilities and countering them.

"On our end, the transports would depart from the Port of Santos on a weekly basis.

We understand. I shall relay the information to my Chief of War and Defense, Mr Peixoto, from there we can start to plan out this joint exercise in extensive detail.

Although, you never gave us an answer regarding the Lusophonic Organization of Free States, would Argentina be interested in joining the Organization as an Observer?."

"Great then, we will begin paperwork to have the goods shipped there, and we look forward to receive the first brazilian shipments as well.

Excuse me for not replying earlier to your proposal regarding the LOFS. Argentina has aproximately 3,6 million portuguese speakers, so it would be indeed of interest for our Government to have Argentina participate as an observer member in this organization, benefiting from the rich cultural programs and projects it includes. How would the process of accesion be?

"Firstly, we'd have to summon the other members of the Organization, that being Portugal, for a meeting in Brasília between our three nations, I'll notify the Portuguese of this meeting, There we can discuss the details and treaties of the Organization. As soon as I return to the Imperial Palace I shall notify our allies and initiate the preparations for the ceremony as soon as possible.

I'd like to say, Mr.President, I'm glad to see your interest in closer Argentine-Brazilian Relations, I'm sure such great relations will benefit both of our nations, and I look forward to seeing what comes out of this close relationship."

"Great, please let me knw if you need us to submit additional information to support our accesion as observer state to the LOFS.

We have launched our trade routes. May I say I find this meeting very positive and even looking as the new foundation stone for the argentine-brazilian strategic alliance.

Representaties from the Argentine Ministry of Defence will contact its brazilian counterpart to discuss and plan the execution fo joint military maneuvers, and from the Ministry of Infrastructure to discuss the new railway connection project.

We would also like to keep in touch regarding the developings around Antarctica.

Is there another issue you would like to discuss here, were Argentina can help or cooperate?
