"Its very simple. Once the nations have agreed on moving on with the agreement and the goods and products to be traded the method of trade -in this case, maritime- , the vessel used -at least one per type of good- , the interval -weekly, fornightly, monthly- , the route -using the transit map- and finally Port of Deprture and Destination.

There is a form that has to be filled and submitted with this information. The trade route will then be displayed publicly (OOC: in the economy section).

Argentina would also like to move forward witht he acquisition of Arrow-3 Systems. COuld you please inform us the export price so that we can determine the amount to be purchased, if possible?"

"We are quite ready then to move forward with trade. Israel is an industrious nation. We currently export

  • Gems, precious metals: US$14.9 billion (24% of total exports)
  • Electrical machinery, equipment: $8.5 billion (13.8%)
  • Pharmaceuticals: $5.6 billion (9.1%)
  • Optical, technical, medical apparatus: $5.3 billion (8.6%)
  • Machinery including computers: $4.9 billion (7.8%)
We are open to trading with Argentina. We look forward to hearing what you offer in return. Simple trade routes between Alexandria and Haifa will make for a rapid exchange of goods.

Now. As for the Arrow-3. This is some of the most advanced military hardware on the planet. We are not simply willing to sell it to the highest bidder. To do so would be irresponsible. Especially a strategically powerful neighbor. This would jeopardize Israel. What guarantee is there that Argentina will not become a supporter of a two state solution? What guarentee is there that this technology would not be shared with Argentina's allies whom Israel knows nothing of? Our two nations share no formal relationship status. I find it unlikely would sell this technology to you.

It is likely given the geopolitical landscape of the world that we may be persuaded in exchange for guarentees, but Israel maintains a tenuous position and must look first towards its own national security. We are yet to secure a tender for a modern stealth and main body fighter aircraft for our air force. Our own domestic industry has fallen behind. There are holes to be filled and if you were to help us fill these strategic holes. We would be grateful and know you were true friends of the State of Israel."

"The argentine market would breatly benefit from importing israeli electrical machinery, pharmaceuticals and gems and precious metals. In return, we would like to be able to export Lithium, Vehicles and Fossi Fuels to Israel.

We would want to do the trade through Buenos Aires though, given that 97% of the argentine population lives on the south american part of my nation. Some smaller portion could go through Alexandria though.

In relation to the Arrow-3, we plan to use it obviously in their capacity of a defensive weapon, to be deployed around strategic points in continental Argentina and eventually in Alexandria. Under the current administration, Argentina has no position taken in regard of the isreali-palestine conflict, and we do not plan to get involved neither. As long as the human rights of all population are respected, we see no need to change our foreign policy. As for the potential export, if you wish we could include in the contract a special clause limiting my nations capacity to export any of the equipment or the technology involved. I can assure you nevertheless that we do not intend to sell or export it, and have only interest to employ it in our self-defence.

Your nation's position is completely understandable and we deem it a sign of a commited and wise Government to take all these considerations.

Has your Government contacted the chinese or russian on the fighter issue? As part of the ongoing negotiations, Argentina could offer to intercede as mediator to facilitate the export of high-grade technology such as the stealth fighters you seek."
