Dear Nations of Asia and Africa,

Congratulations on each of your Nation’s Rises to international prominence despite great difficulties economically, militarily, or elsewhere. Each of your government‘s have been contacted in order to invite all of you to a summit to discuss bilateral relations between each of our nations and create a alliance between nations who have been passed by and forgotten by the great powers of the world. Now it is your turn to become great powers with the help of the People’s Republic of China. We have contacted each of your government‘s because of one reason or another but specifically because we believe that this group of countries can become a powerhouse that can stand up for each other and stand up against aggression. We understand that some here have less than favorable relations between each other but that is the point of this meeting, to right wrongs and come together.

The meeting will take place in the growing economic capital of the world, Shanghai, which is currently undergoing a massive seven billion dollar construction plan to boost the economy to a point not seen before. During the meeting we will discuss not just relations but of course the one thing every nation needs; weapons. China is willing to give discounts on advanced weaponry that other powers see as unfit to sell. They believe that it is their right to take away your nation’s right to self defense. They discuss the ban of aircraft, tanks, and missiles. Why? Because they are afraid of what you can do to make the world a greater place. We are not fascists, radicals, or extremists, but instead great powers that can become even greater. If you accept our offer to meet please reply to this message and we will reply with details regarding the summit.

Best Regards,

Minister Tang Jiaxuan

Dear Tang Jiaxuan,

Receiving a communication or even an invitation from the Chinese government, especially from a Foreign Minister who does work related to mine, is a great honor for Thailand and me. Thailand has attempted to contact the Chinese government to begin our great relationship because that government has repeatedly rejected me. Because I couldn't persuade China to resume the Neutral Pact, my social prestige as an ambassador got harmed. As an apology on the meeting day, I hope that the Chinese government will extend pleasant hospitality to me as an ambassador from Thailand, which you described as a prospective great power. This statement perplexed the Foreign Ministry since we have a tense relationship with the Laos conflict and the failed accord. I'm not sure what you're trying to say with this message because your government's behavior is so different from the last one. Thailand already has a positive international relationship, which is incredible, and we have enough power to stand on our two feet. We need the Chinese to help us sustain it. We have favorable relations with all countries you wish to invite to the summit. So, keep in mind that we can help you achieve your aim if you are polite to us. I realize that you require such an alliance urgently, but it raises the troubling question of what form the partnership will take. I concentrate on your writing style, which appears to be upset with the western or a World Power. Do you want us or the other nation to believe that current Western dominance is fraudulent? I want to remind you that we have official alliance status with three countries and one country with which we have an approving positive connection. Congo is one of them, but Sweden, the current World Power, is also included. I hope you don't mean to criticize them, and this is just me overthinking. I'm sure that'll be a horrible idea to spark our relationship. It gives us tremendous joy to declare that we adore seeing another country support us in our quest to become a great power with a chance of being surpassed. Although I deem that China's army strength is the primary justification for its status as a world power, I believe this is an insufficient one. I won't include it because you are also a country with a variety of resources ready to be put into an industry that, if successful, will propel China to become a lone hyperpower. I'm curious to see how you might turn the tables and persuade them to agree with you, given that one of them aspires to be a more significant country than you.

Since I am already there or here as an ambassador, I am delighted to attend a meeting in Shanghai. I have 157 coworkers here, and I am confident they will wish me luck for a successful meeting. Since we are in a war, I am willing to discuss the equipment issue. We can win the existing strength. We have an additional $17 billion budget for the military this year, but we've already decided what we'll buy unless you have a better idea. I'm concerned about your suggestion that you might sell missiles. I will still attend the meeting, and I assure you that my communication contains no actual criticism of you or the Chinese government. I'd like to get additional information about the meeting. I'll be on the lookout for it.

Sincerely
Attayuth Srisamut
