Good day, Colombia has returned from darkness of war and conflict, so focused on the internal disparity that we, the people, had not looked to the outside world. This was a mistake now, we realize, as while our people went through this darkness, the world went onwards, and more fell to the same. The previous government that once held these people hostage has left its legacy of tyranny, but we have learned from it, and we hope your people will as well. If your Empire is what is best for your people for now, that is what it will be. When the people speak, listen, or face la violencia at home. We, the people, would reopen what Colombia once had with her friends beyond the Amazon and establish formal relations, as well as discuss contracts for trade.
