From the office of Abdalla Bazzi, Director of Finances and Procurement, Sultanate of Egypt and the Sudan:
Order for the procurement of radar systems
Public tender
Public, not secured
To those foreign entities in possession of the capabilities to manufacture radar systems,
Egypt is seeking new radar systems to supplement her existing defense network and ensure regional security. Egypt is searching for:
- A long-range Early Warning Radar, allowing regional surveillance of potential threats before they reach Egypt's borders;
- A medium-range Aerial Surveillance Radar, allowing national surveillance of threats in Egyptian airspace;
- A long-range Coastal Surveillance Radar, allowing surveillance of activities within the Mediterranean and Red Seas;
- A short-range Coastal Surveillance Radar, allowing surveillance of activities along the Egyptian coastline;
- A Counter-Battery Radar System and other Battlefield Radars, to multiply the capabilities of Egyptian artillery and battlefield awareness.
It is preferred that these radar systems be interoperable and capable of sharing data to form an integrated security network. All systems should be land-based.
All offers should be addressed, to:
