I would welcome an early opportunity for direct dialogue between us, whether in Washington, Paris, or through a secure bilateral channel, to outline areas where our governments can strengthen coordination, particularly in strategic technology, economic resilience, and shared security responsibilities.

I am happy to hear that you are committed to keeping a stable international order, which will not just benefit the United States and France, but also the entire world. I look forward to our governments working together in our geopolitical interests.
