Dear Minister Kanokrat,
I extend my respectful greetings as France enters a new chapter of leadership. Thailand occupies a pivotal position in Southeast Asia, economically dynamic, strategically located, and diplomatically balanced. France views this with great interest and respect. In a global environment increasingly shaped by shifting alignments, nations that value sovereign decision-making and diversified partnerships have natural common ground.
I believe there is significant potential to expand cooperation between our countries in defense technology, infrastructure development, trade, and educational exchange. France seeks partnerships that are practical, stable, and mutually beneficial. I would welcome the opportunity to initiate high-level dialogue between our governments to explore such avenues.
Respectfully,
Jean-Luc Moreau
President of the French Republic
Palais de l'Élysée
