"Naturally, this was merely a moment of initiative on my part to assist a colleague," Hakim agreed. "Completely beyond my brief. Regardless, I am sure that those who are interested will arrive in due course."

Given that the Chilean envoy to the French meeting was currently in a hotel in Paris. The resulting trip with the presidential plane to Berlin was short. After arriving to the Airport, the envoy -which consisted of the Chairman, one Congress-man, Selesnyov, given that he knew German, and 18 soldiers of the WSA equiped with full black combat gear plus balaclavas. Half of them were carrying M4A1s carbines and had Beretta Px4 strapped to their hips. The other half was carrying MP5s and had the same pistol strapped- walked through the Airport to their small convoy that was waiting outside, to the incredolous eyes of everyone present, and set off towards the Volkspalast.
Once they arrived, the journalists present outside the main gate of the immediately went silent. Paying them no mind, the chairman and the Congress-man walked towards the front gate, their escort following closely behind while pushing away anyone who dared to get close to them. Stopping in front of the two guards, who weren't even a bit impressed at the current display, Selesnyov spoke in a low voice so the journalists couldn't hear him.
"We are the Chilean envoy for this talks. We wish to talk to whoever is in charge so we can enter."

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs would send a private message to the German Federal Foreign Office asking for it to confirm the requested attendance of a Dutch ambassador.

Upon the request, a private message was sent to the Dutch Foreign Minister by Reich Chancellor Nahles instead of Foreign Minister Jürke that she would prefer that the Dutch, who have had a history of neutrality in global affairs and run the International Court at the Hague, would send an ambassador on behalf of the Global Assembly in order to be witness to what is discussed and what these nations plan to do moving forwards, and to understand exactly why it is that the German Reich, as well as other parties, have left the Assembly.

One of the Kaisergarde, a man who stood about 6'3" and possessed a face that looked like it was carved from stone, took to the situation and directed the group towards the entrance, as other members of the Kaisergarde began to hold back the press and paparazzi.

"I am going to require you all to show your passports and hand us your weapons," he gruffly stated in half a whisper, half a commanding tone, two other Kaisergarde members already making their way over to start stripping weapons off of the Chilean envoys.

But once the Kaisergarde member approached, he found himself staring down the barrel of one of the WSA soldiers' carbine as the Envoy stopped walking.
"I'm sorry," said Selesnyov in a truly apologetic tone as the rest of the soldiers raised their wepons, though their safes were still on. "But we won't hand our weapons." He stated as he, the chairman and the Congress-man pulled their passports out.

As soon as the soldier pointed his weapon at the approaching Kaisergarde, other members of the Kaisergarde did the same, already backing up and away from the group and looking at potential cover spots, and several of them calling in to other members of the Kaisergarde on-premesis. While they all had the Karabiner 98k, the Kaisergarde also carried MP7 PDWs as well as HK USP sidearms in case something heavier was required. The squad leaders, instead, carried the G36 as well as their Karabiners. Now the journalists were in an uproar, shouting questions to the soldiers as they tried desperately to hold them back, as the commanding Leutnant calmly and carefully stated what was going to happen.

"This is not your country, you are on government property!" he calmly, yet with that same air of command, affirmed, "We will keep your weapons safe, but I would advise that you think very carefully about your next move; there are more than 40 military personnel here in defense of His Majesty, and I do not believe that you would want to start a firefight with the German military! I don't care who you are as an individual, nor do I care whether or not you feel unprotected! Drop your weapons, right now, or we will be forced to make you!" Upon finishing, at least 20 other members of the Kaisergarde were already running outside to support, already pointing MP7s and G36s instead of Karabiners towards the Chilean envoy.

Hakim looked out of the window at the scene occurring in the courtyard.

"Your Majesty, it seems that some of our guests are making a rather unusual entrance. I assume one of your ministers has a link with the soldiers downstairs, may I be permitted to use it for a moment?"

The Kaiser's cheery demeanor and grin, as soon as he heard "unusual entrance", already turned into an annoyed scowl as he moved to the window with intense purpose and concern to look down at the scene before him: Kaisergarde holding back rabid press reporters, and a group of 21 people all pointing their guns at the rest of the personnel delegated to guard the Volkspalast.

"Fucking Christ!" he growled, turning to Andrea Nahles before raising his tone to a commanding bark "Andrea! Get me whoever has a direct link to the Leutnant, right now!" As soon as Andrea left, the Kaiser turned to Hakim and shook his head.

"No, no. I will deal with this myself if I have to Mr. Usta," he replied, turning back to watch the scene unfurl before him.

"Very well, Your Majesty, although I would advise that you do so quickly. A Mexican standoff in the middle of Berlin is already an unusual event. I don't think it would end well if it becomes a shootout with the President of Chile as one of the victims."

"Sir, I want you to think this carefully. You'll think we'd come to the other side of the world to have a firefight? A firefight we'd most likely lose? I don't think so. If you wish, we'll hand all of our extra mags, but we will not hand our weapons or the mags already loaded." Behind him, several clicks were heard as WSA soldiers took the safes off.

The Leutnant heavily considered his options. On one hand, this was a potentially disastrous situation about to unfurl because a group was not willing to give up its weapons on government property. Several of the soldiers were already turning off their safeties as well, and he was considering downing everyone who had a weapon trained on his men until a handheld radio crackled to life. The Leutnant turned to grab his radio, as a string of German commands. After a brief exchange between the radio and the Leutnant, he eventually turned back to the Chilean envoy with an expression of grizzly determination.

"You will be allowed to carry your sidearms. Two magazines only," he growled, "But the carbines, MP5s, and their magazines will have to be left behind. Otherwise, we cannot let you in."

Selesnyov considered it for a brief moment before replying.
"Not even a scratch on them," Turning towards his soldiers, he barked an order in spanish and the soldiers immediately obeyed by lowering their weapons. One by one, they handed them without complaining. After the germans made sure that they only carried their sidearms. Selesnyov turned to the Leutnant while switching back to german. "Now what?"

"Now, your passports please," the soldier said, sighing in relief as he held out his hand to take a look at the passports of the congressman, the Chairman, and Seleznyov. and as his soldiers left back inside with the weapons, ignoring the crowd that was likely taking notes and was probably going to make a wild story out of this little incident.

Inside the building, Chancellor Nahles was already sighing in relief after having gotten a hold of a handheld radio, as the Kaiser's annoyed grimace returned to a sense of normalcy. He walked away from the window, taking a look at the time again and wiping some sweat from his brow.

The Leutnant took a while to look through the passports, to ensure that they were indeed legitimate, and compared them with corresponding diplomatic visas before nodding and handing them back.

"You can go in. Follow these two," the Leutnant stated before moving over help keep the crowd in check, already shoving several of the reporters back and shouting out commands to his fellow soldiers. Two other members of the Kaisergarde immediately came to replace him, and gestured to the entrance of the Volkspalast, leading them inside and towards the upper levels to take them to where the meeting was being held. Upon entering the room, the Kaiser turned to greet the trio of representatives with firm handshakes and a rather neutral expression.

"I apologize for the situation down on the ground. I would have preferred that to have been a matter of trust, not a matter of potential conflict," the Kaiser stated bluntly.

Selesnyov translated what the the Kaiser said to the Chairman and congressman before translating back the reply.
"The Chairman says that he is deeply sorry of what happened, but that you have to understand our situation."

"Of course...Syndicalism, like Communism, is an ideology persecuted for the very foundation of its existence, and its similarities...It is good, then, that I am not actively trying to seek out conflict." the Kaiser turned back to the window, taking a look at his pocketwatch, yet again, and mumbling something to himself in German, before turning back to introduce the Reich Chancellor and Hakim Usta.

"I would also like you to meet Reich Chancellor Nahles, and Hakim Usta. Mr. Usta will be representing both the interests of Head of State & Government of Turkey, and Chancellor Nahles is my head of government." As soon as he said Chancellor Nahles name, the official-in-question walked up and gave a curt shake and nod before returning to her delegated seat.

"Pleased to meet you, sir," Hakim greeted, while offering his hand in greeting. "I apologise for The Grand Vizier and The Sultan not being present, but they were both indisposed. However, as His Majesty says, I am fully authorised to act in the capacity of both individuals today, and do not worry about the lack of Turks in the room, we prefer not to have security teams."

"The Chairman says that he's pleased to be made your acquaintance," Replied Selesnyov after shaking hands. "And that he's quite eager to begin talks. Now, if we may," he said as the three envoys sat down on the chairs they were indicated while half of their escort stood on the far wall behind them.

"We're still waiting for our last guests to arrive," the Kaiser stated bluntly, looking out the window to see if he could spot either the Dutch of Irish representatives coming up to the entrance.

"As soon as they arrive, we can start discussions regarding the Global Assembly and what our plan is afterwards."
