President Romero would offer handshakes to all of the members of the French delegation and offer them to follow them him into his private den which has a long mahogany which seats 20. There are name plates out for all attending, including the French Delegation, and the CEO of Embraer, Paulo Cesar De Souza E Silva, Joao Leitethe CEO of Avibras, and Defense Minister Oscar Desilva. The President at the seat of the table.

He stands and says,

"It is an honor of mine to host such aa historic event between our two countries," president Romero says holding up a glass of red wine. "I sincerely hope this is the first of many grand events to follow. Cheers!"

President Romero then tips his glass and knocks back the entire glass, then sits down and begins to address the conference once again.

"We are gathered here today to discuss a number of proposals that will let allow both nations to prosper both economically and and to boost our military capabilities at the same time. And as our Military Proposal is much shorter, if you will allow us, we would like to start there. So I would like to hand over the meeting to Defense Minister Osacr Desilva.

With that Oscar DeSilva stands and addresses the French audience.

"Your modern military equipment would be the envy of every government in the world, it certainly is ours. Your navy, air force and army can produce any piece of equipment better than our own.

However, there is one in which we believe we can help you with, and that is the Astros 2020, firing the brand new AV-TM 300. It is called the 300, because it is a MLRS system that can launch up to 4 cruise missiles at a time 300km, with a 30m accuracy.

The missile can use a single warhead of 200 kg of high explosive or cluster munition warhead with 64 submunitions for anti-personnel or anti-tank targets.

Given how unpredictably and unstable Europe has been lately, this is the perfect fast and easily deployed cruise missile on the market today.

From nearly everywhere in France, you would be able to hot the capitals of the countries that border you, or knock many of their major cities.

It is a lightning fast way strike back at any enemy that has attacked you, or to any foe who has pushed you into the corner.

A screen would then come down from the ceiling. The lights are turned off.

"What you are about to see is a demonstration of the Astros 2020, 4 companies of 8 Astros 2020's each firing a volley of 4 AVTM's, firing a total of 128 rounds."

ASTROS 2020, Firing AVTM Rockets

"They used to say a picture speaks a thousands words. Nowadays, with a video, it speaks for you.

Now I am not familiar with the relations with your neighbors, but with 50-75 companies of these."

The DeSilva just shrugs his shoulders, "Well good luck to them."

I'll take any questions now."

After Brazilian Defense Minister DeSilva concluded addressing to French Delegates, all members of French delegation would slightly smiled and chuckled on what Minister DeSilva just said.

Now, Major General Bérénice Bejo, a French-Argentine major general from French Army who is fluent in Arabic, Portuguese and Spanish languages who would speak, “On behalf of French Republic and President Macron’s delegation, we are delighted to be part of the historic meeting in Brasilia. First of all, we would like to thank you for the demonstrations of both AVTM Cruise Missile and Astros 2020 MLRS. We hereby gladly accept them as a gift for our armed forces.

For this historic summit in Brasilia, to fulfil and strengthening the Brazilian Armed Forces, French Armed Forces will continue to provide support. Few months ago, both of our nations suffered political, diplomatical, and several other crisis that we can not mention. In the light of increasing friendships with Brazilian Armed Forces, the French Armed Forces is very committed to fulfill the demands that our friends need.

Previously, few years back, former French government sold 100 or more Dassault Rafale M to Brazilian Naval Aviation to improve Brazilian Navy as Blue Water Navy. So, we would like to provide maintenance package for Rafale M to Brazilian Navy. In this maintenance package, Brazilian Naval Aviation can overhaul, repair, paint the Rafale M’s. By maintaining them monthly can increase life cycle so that it is easier to operate freely. Few days ago, French Navy also became a partner of Brazil-class Carrier Upgradation Project. Please feel free to let us know if you need a hand for armed forces project, France is happy to help. I now pass the opportunity to Nexter CEO Stéphane Mayer.” Major General Bejo would sit on her chair, would drink sip of red wine and continue to listen CEO Mayer.

“For Brazilian Armed Forces, Nexter would like to provide three vehicle systems to improve its armed forces. First of all, we would like to provide Leclerc Main Battle Tank to Brazilian Army. Let us know how many you want. Leclerc Tank is one of the best tank in this generation. The propulsion, armament, protection are very advanced. Nexter would also like to provide
Nexter Titus wheeled and mine protected vehicle and Nexter Aravis - Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle.

Please feel free to ask me if you have any burning questions in mind. I will take questions now.”

"Nothing burning, so to speak we just want to make sure things are clear and we are on the same page. We see this as a Quid Pro Quo arrangement. In other words, we produce materials for one another, that are equal in value. And then simply trade them, incurring no cost at all for our own country, but gaining tremendously financially and militarily."

For example, the reasons why the CEO's from Peugeot and Nexter are here as well as from Citroen.

First, let us establish once again what we were here to talk about. Ethanol fuel. We have the capacity to produce and process it. You have the industrial capacity to produce the cars.

We propose weekly shipments of sugarcane to France, and will sell you the technology and blueprints to mass produce it yourself in France in a factory setting. Along with the cars you can send a pipeline of goods to a country bent on green, you have a very interesting new set of exports to offer, do you agree?

Ethanol exports and ethanol fueled car exports.

We sell you this technology for 2 Billion dollars. Again this can be done on French soil and be a permanent part of your exports.

But, as I said, this is Quid Pro Quo Diplomacy. For the 2 Billion dollars you would need to invest in ethanol technology, we will purchase of something of value we need."

He orders waiters to quickly come offer and wine glasses of Cos d'Estournel, St Estèphe, vintage 2000 to his guests.

"To, My Dear French Friends, I want to thank you again for joining in this momentous occasion. This is just the beginning. Please have a toast."

And with that the President downs his glass and sits back at the table.

"With that said, The Astros 2020 is not gift, however, it goes for 4,000,000. We will also sell you the necessary radar equipment and firing mechanisms. If you buy say, 120 Astros 2020's the rockets are included, so 120 Astros only puts you back 575 Million.

So we are at 2.575,000,000 in which we could buy back from you. Financially, we both spend or lose nothing but.... gain economically and militarily.

And that is just the tip of the iceberg, Admirals and generals back in Brazil see a 10billion dollar arms package after we work through the initial purchases."

Let us clear the room and ourselves a few minutes to talk and then reconvene in ten minutes."

Now, Major General Bérénice Bejo would now speak, “The deal that you have presented here, we see a huge economic plus military futures for both of our nations benefit from it. That’s why we are here to build an economic prospect in Brazil to improve our relationship. Both Citroen and Peugeot will export to their best and latest model to Brazil at the same time, we would like to invest in Ethanol fuel technology & Sugarcane production. Having these two will improve our economy but also we can use these two for the betterment for population. Both Citroen and Peugeot will build an Automobile plant in Brazil which will be named as Francis-Brasilero Automobile plant. By naming this shows world our long lasting friendship. We would like to invest in 575 million dollar worth of Astros 2020. Since, we will invest in 2 billion dollar, what kinds of military equipment would you like to purchase from French? We are now allowing to produce all Citroen and Peugeot vehicle under license, we would export them monthly.”

"I am really pleased that this is going so well. We shall begin the weekly shipments of sugarcane immediately. What port would you like it sent to?

And while we are on the subject of trade, we would still like to open another route for our raw sugar, which is 52% of the global market. As well as for oil seeds.

We would like to have pharmaceuticals, plastics and electrical machinery exported to the port of Brazil and a weekly basis.

As far as the Francis-Brasilero Automobile plant, we hope the plant can be located somewhere near Brasilia. For a plant producing 150 - 200,000 cars a year we suspect the plant will take a year to build. And it would be wonderful if we had architects, engineers and managers on the ground during the building process.

We are planning on building a new suburb nearby the plant, complete with townhouses, parks, shuttle buses for the workers and we will build a state of the art Brasilia French School for the children of the workers. I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

As far as cars produced at the plant we are looking for something like the Citroen 3, a super-mini car that will decrease traffic. But we also need to meet the needs of large families, we are looking at the Citroen 5, a large family car with families of 3 or more children. And we are interested in the Peugot models, Peugot 407, a small family car and the Peugot 408, a large family car.

Again, I would like to hear your thoughts as soon as I am finished.

As far as spending the 2.5 Billion in capital we have now, first and foremost we would like to purchase the Airbus A340-300, which will serve as our official Brazilian Presidential plane. We would then like to purchase 4 FREMM multipurpose frigates, and that should just take us over the 2.5 billion mark. It is ok, we can pay the difference.

We would also like to purchase 24 Dassault Rafale C's. And I think we will continue to do so until we have up to 6 Squadrons of 24 each.

Please give us a price quote on those. And see if we can seal a deal now.

@Sumit

Major General Bérénice Bejo would now speak, “we hereby agree that what you’ve presented us. For the Rafale C (24 each for 6 squadrons), FREMM-class frigate (4 of them), and Airbus A340-300 Presidential Plane would cost a total of $6,200,000,000. You can pay multiple installment, which can be 4, 6, and 8 terms. We are doing like a businessman job such as you pay us money and we deliver you the best products. As for the Francis-Brasilero Automobile plant, would be best to establish in Brasilia, the capital. Brasilia & French school can build a lot of future generations. You can produce car as many as you like. What do you think?”

"So that would be 24 Dassault C's, 4 FREMM Frigates, and 1 A340-300 Presidential Plane for $6,200,000,000. Please transfer you, 2.75 billion first, and ensure production has started and then we will gladly transfer our fee.

And yes, setting up a school, will be felt for generations to come. We see 150,000 vehicles a year as a reasonable goal for the plant once construction is completed.

And could you mention again the port for the sugarcane, raw sugar and oil seeds?

And now Major General, I would like to switch the conversation to politics if I may. Now, I know you cannot speak for your governments political decisions, but I would like to hear some of your insight on the Kosovo situation.

France voted to disapprove, while Brazil voted to approve Argentina's resolution.

This is no problem. Friends do not have to agree on everything.

Now, we do not like what is happening in Kosovo at all. But we found Vietnam's arguments for war very weak. We asked them several times for an alternative to the Argentinian plan, but they offered none.

What if the French Basque movement called for open war? Surely you would respond. And it should be your right to deal with it, not the GA's.

We do not want to argue. We are just asking for your opinion. Like we said, we do not approve at all what Serbia is doing, we just agree that the GA should involve itself with it in some way, but inviting war, when there were peace alternatives.

And no country has made an alternative plan to Argentina's, Brazil's or Japan's."

Major General, if you do not wish to respond. I assure you that is fine. Politics can be a big mess and it is probably we should worry ourselves about something else. So, let's move on.

What do you think of our proposals for the auto plants and our military purchases from you? We would first like assurance of the 2.7 billion transfer so that production on plants can begin immediately.

This way I can show the Brazilian people that I am investing in their future, before I turn around and 6 billion, just now on your military hardware.

And we still must purchase Leclrec tanks and more Dassault C's and additional FREMM Frigates. We are hoping to field a procure at least 500 LeClerc tanks, and additional 4 more FREMM Frigates, in addition to the 4 already on order, and another squadron of 24 Dassault C's each month.

France will basically be the main arms supplier of the Brazilian armed forces.

Honestly, we are going to take a more neutral stand in international politics.

It is difficult which side to chose. So we will just chose Brazil. France gives us the best opportunity to defend Brazil and our shores.

Major General Bérénice Bejo would respond, “The politics is not my best interest and I don’t have expertise in politics. I think you misunderstood about the products that we are selling. We are selling to you 144 Rafale C fighter for every six (6) fighter squadron, 1 unit of Airbus A340-300 (Presidential Plane) and 4 units of FREMM-class Multipurpose Frigate. All these total costs $6,200,000,000.

In addition to existing these order, 500 Leclerc and 4 additional FREMM-class frigate would cost $7 billion. If we combine these two current and existing order ( $6,200,000,000 + $7,000,000,000) you will need to invest $13,200,000,000 total. You can pay us multiple installments (4,6, 8) if you wish.

In the meantime, we have transferred 2.7 billion dollar for infrastructure deals. Let us know if you have received it or not.”

"Wow, I am amazed at how quickly this can be dome by our two countries."

For now, we will start with the first package.

144 Rafale C fighter for every six (6) fighter squadron, 1 unit of Airbus A340-300 (Presidential Plane) and 4 units of FREMM-class Multipurpose Frigate. All these total costs $6,200,000,000.

After this purchase, we will need to wait until we procure enough taxes from the people to purchase further items.

But let us start production on these items immediately. Confirm again price and order form and we will send the funds immediately.

The Major General Bejo would gladly confirm, " Definitely take your time for taxes, we are here no rush. Also, we are wondering if you can provide us the better naval corvette. That's the one that we lack on our navy. Ah, I forgot one thing. Please do not sell these equipments to third nation. If you agree and ready to purchase, please transfer the funds immediately, and we will start the order as soon as possible."

"We would never think of selling/exporting any of your military hardware to any other country. Let speak with for the financial minister for a second to confirm the price and how much Brazil should transfer."

After just about 10 seconds on his tablet, the Minister says. "Well, it looks like we have a deal. 144 Rafale C fighter for every six (6) fighter squadron, 1 unit of Airbus A340-300 (Presidential Plane) and 4 units of FREMM-class Multipurpose Frigate," for $6,200,000,000."

The transfer of funds has been secured.

Now, how about we move this talk in my personal den, Major General. We need some cigars and drinks.....and more talks well, we are sure no one else is listening.

With that he puts his hand on the Generals shoulder and leads him into his office. We have grander things to discuss. "

The phone would ring in Minister DeSilva's office. Looking a bit angry that his meeting was being disturbed, but also alarmed,, knowing that it must be important. He says, "Excuse me, General. But I am going to have to take this call."

The Minister picks up the phone and does not say anything for maybe ten seconds, just nodding his head and saying, "Hmm," over and over again. Then finally he says, "I see." He then hangs up the phone.

"Major General there seems to have been an incident in in Alexandria, Egypt between your forces and Argentina's forces. something about a blown up plane."
