Due to failing policy & shifting political ideals in the German people & in the federal government, and upon advice from the now-incumbent President Celina Kästner, Chancellor Angela Merkel has enacted Article 68 of the Grundgesetz. A vote of confidence has been asked for by the Chancellor to the Bundestag. According to the Grundgesetz, if Angela Merkel does not possess a majority of votes in favor of her confidence as Chancellor, the President can choose to have the current Bundestag hold a new election for Chancellor, or dissolve the Bundestag to ensure a new government.
You have two votes that you can do in the link provided, one of which is required: the official vote of confidence, and (optional, and more advice on my part) whether the Bundestag should be disbanded or not; you may only vote once, and additional votes must be stated here as well for the first one.
