Thank you for your willingness to engage in diplomatic discussions and for considering our proposals.

We respectfully request the establishment of an Afghan Embassy in Washington, DC. This diplomatic presence would strengthen our bilateral relations and facilitate more effective communication between our nations. In reciprocation, we commit to establishing a United States Embassy in Kabul once the conflict has subsided and stability is restored.

In addition to our embassy request, we believe that acquiring equipment from the United States will greatly enhance our capacity to address the ongoing militant threats in Afghanistan. The military equipment we seek includes:

• M1224 MaxxPro MRAP
• M1117 Guardian
• HEMTT
• C-130 Hercules
• Cessna 208
• Sikorsky UH-60

If you are willing to accommodate our request, we can provide precise quantities. We would also appreciate the opportunity to discuss and arrange authorization for these purchases moving forward.
