I, Sha'an'Sha Gustàsp III, the great king, king of kings, king of the lands of Èran with many tribes, king of this great earth so far and wide, of Gustàsp, the king, son, a Haxāmanišya, bits you welcome into to the outer world, and greets his exelency royal regent Francesco Messe, of the honorable Kingdom of Italy in Libya.

May the light of truth ever guide you by the wisdom of your royal mission.
We have seen your declaration and honorable plead for help for a free Italy, as we share the historical longing for freeing our country from misguided fanatics, by reestablishing a monarchy, guided by the principles of democracy, in the name of Shah'an'Shah Gustàsp III, I write as head of the government of our Kingdom to you.
While you have to understand that Iran has neither obligations or official interests in the Mediterranean Sea, only by the standards of the international community, free trade and movement of our people, my government wishes to establish a basis between our two countries and support your rightful cause of monarchy.
It is therefore wish of the Shah itself and my government to start talks, for both trade and cooperation in arms between Iran and italian Libya.
We stand in front of you in noble intentions, and await the answer of your honorable government.
