Security classification: Top Secret
Type: Intelligence Operation with military assitance

Background:
After the attack on the Iranian Border Post 6, the government of Iran is convinced to not only strike back in an official manner of military strikes and operation, which is problematic because of the ex territorial nature of the PKK enemy forces in both Syria and Iraq. Therefore it is the aim of this operation, to use the demographic situation in Iraq to enable the population there, especially the local Jesides who do not hold a grudge against the post-Islamic irani government, to fight against the autonomous regions of kurds in northern Iraq, in which also PKK posts are suspected to be.

Objective:
To create and coordinate a Iraqi militia of Jeside and other, religious or ethnic, groups and arm them by help of equipment, personal and support of Iran, against the local Kurdish autonomous regions and therefore the locations of the PKK within Iraq.

Main Goal:
To establish a non-Iranian, inner Iraqi force, under guidance and influence of Iran and the Spàsakà in particular, against the Kurdish movement and supportive regions of/by the PKK. Arm them with equipment and train as well support them, to be able to conduct actions of there own against the PKK in Iraq.

Secondary Goals:
To establish permanent informants and third-party ways of diplomacy in Iraq directly aimed both at the local government and the PKK, to achieve tools of leverage against PKK or Iraqi actions, in regards to Iran.

Main focus is here the creation of an Irani supported militia, which is able to be used, by its existence and support alone or due there own actions, to achieve stakes of diplomacy against the party’s named above.

Command:
- 1st Deputy of Operations (Spàsakà) Bayaçā ibn Hashud = Chief of Operation
- Major-Anûšiya (3rd Anùsha) Čišpiš Bahmar-Es = Second in Command

For Rêzan Ahmadi this travel was nothing new, even if he considered the nervousness of his superiors in Persepolis. He had done similar work for the previous government, although with some other focus ofc. The Jeside-Iranian of 38 years worked since he was 24 for Iran, and crossed the border frequently. His secret of success, was that he had no secrets.

The People with whom he spoke, in his old hometown and others in the regions, knew who he was. Nothing made trust so delicate, as always try to hide ones own connections, and Rèzan therefore never tried to hide. Ofc he did not boast it out, but the most people he meet with, the chiefs and majors of his mothers people, knew his affiliations, his work for Iran. Any other who did not need to knew, just knew enough that he had contacts who enabled him to come and go, what else did they need to know...moste did not care.

This was maybe, at least Rèzan thought to himself, as he drove in the old VW Polo 86C, the one asset the Iranians had. There where for long time under the radar, the old suspicions from Islamic times ofc where out, but many connections kept exiting in Iraq. The illusion that Tehran just knew its information’s in Iraq and Syria by believe was a old lie, mostly it was money and goods, privileges and give and take agreements where in place, and those where quietly inherited by the Spàsakà. For the most time past years these connections where a bit sleepy, still people, money, goods crossed the border but more quite, with less consequences as before, while the militias Tehran once had where now without it former benefactors.
But that was just to change, as Rèzan had left his car and walked into the simple, two story building of old concrete and clay.
The heat of the midday had the streets quite and calm, and after the drive the Irani-Jeside was happy to be greeted by the cool walls and the smell of tea.
"Salam..." he greeted his old fried, Chief Kàznar, actually his 3. uncle, and an honored elder around Sinjar.

The following talk was just one of many that should follow in the next days, and the next days Rèzan already came back with some suitcases with money, later he brought a friend with a big truck, and inside where a lot of AK-47, inherited from irans former military after the regime change (in which Iran army re-adopted the HK G3 as the base for its service weapons).
This ofc where small beginnings but Tehran showed itself serious about gifts to give questions to take and opening channels long silent, some times never before really opened.
The Jesides stayed calm, there watched, took and mostly made not much promises but it would be already have consequences. Border Points better armed, militias at Kurdish border regions now less defencive, as every Jeside chief, major, tribe leader was one thing clear: Tehran now had the Kurd’s on there hate list, and there where the ones Iran came to because of it, and the Jesides had there own quarrels with them. The Turks ofc where around with there drones, and bombers, there where already involved by years of military and secret agents, and Tehran never spoke about it, it was a silent fact just untouched. Until at one point even an Spàsakà official, who visited his "step uncle" around Sinjar, mentioned in a side sentence: "If there are questions, from Anatolia...go on and answer them, we like our cousin there..."
