In this world, that even with such honorable Institutions like the Global Assembly and many security strengthening Treaties, still Peace and prosperity are threatened goods. The recent change in your honorable Government and also in the Kingdom of Èran, both witnessing the rise of a generous monarchy for our countries, is also a testament of the all-time threat of instability, even if the change in these examples are for the best of the nations.
Therefore we would like to apply to your Government for talks, concerning cooperation between our Kingdoms in Trade, Security and Sea Lane surveillance, as well as ensuring possibility to better the safety of our citizens to visit both our countries. Also, if your honorable government is willing to talk about that, we would like to see for possibilities for arms Trade with Spain, regarding Naval assets.

Bahrām-e Čūbīn mostly only delegated the diplomatic front work to all these ambassadors which are in more or less a year started to build the world-wide spread ideal of an accepted and connected Iran, with neighbors and far away Countries alike. But on this day, to talk with Spanish ambassador Carmona, the Royal Prince could actually meet the Spanish diplomat in Teheran itself, and therefore, also as an Honor for Spain to receive, he arrived in a small group of cars. His own royal service given car, an imported old Mercedes S-W126 and one additional from the diplomatic service and there standard Iran-build Samand LX.
One Secretary and 2 Security officials from the Anûšiya-an-Sha accompanied the prince and Foreign Minister of Èran.
Once arrived he got out, followed by his 3 staff, to greet the Spanish Ambassador, if he would welcome Čūbīn in person at the Embassy.

As the Prince and the Iranian delegation arrived at the embassy, the Ambassador stood ready, accompanied by some of his most trusted advisors. The moment the Prince approached the front entrance, the Ambassador bowed deeply in respect.

He waited for the advisors to follow suit before addressing the Prince "Welcome, Your Royal Highness. It is an honour to host you at the Spanish Embassy. I trust the traffic was not too troublesome?"

With a courteous gesture, he invited the Prince and his entourage to proceed inside, leading them toward an awaiting conference room. There, the national flags of Spain and Iran were on display, and a selection of local and Spanish refreshments had been thoughtfully prepared for the distinguished guests.

Čūbīn laid his flat right hand on his left part chest and answered the respectful bow by the Ambassador with a small indicated bow himself. His 3 Staff bowed behind him way deeper to greet the Spanish diplomat.

"Thank you Ambassador Carmona, its always an honor to be welcomed at your noble Countries embassy. The Traffic was pleasantly well. I hope the change in your honorable countries government have not caused to much stress for you."


With this greeting words Prince Čūbīn followed the Spaniard into the conference room. With a smile the prince noticed the Spanish refreshments. "To be honest: I always am happy for those foreign delicacies to get as side benefit of my office.
With an honest smile the Persian Prince took one buñuelo from the table. "I come here today because my government would like to discuss 3 matters between Spain and Èran.
An deepening and continuing diplomatic exchange between our countries, starting as proposal with traffic affairs.
An conducting for an trade agreement between our countries, I believe Iran and Spain both can benefit from products of each other’s.
And at last, if your honorable Country would be willing to discuss, cooperation in naval arms-trade and production."

The Spanish Ambassador nodded as the Prince spoke, patiently waiting to offer his thoughts once the Prince had finished.

"Your Royal Highness, please begin with your first topic. I am most eager to hear what you wish to discuss, so let us waste no time and get straight to the heart of the matter, shall we?"

He paused once more, giving the Prince the floor to continue while an aide brought over the Ambassador an ice cold bottle of water

Prince Čūbīn sat down and nodded thankful for the water the aide brought him, after an sip on the cool drink he nodded with an eager smile.

"Very well Ambassador, I am thankful for your pragmatic interest in my countries Proposals.
So the first topic would be to come to an long term agreement for ease the VISA and travel opportunities for both our citizens. Also my government would like to ask, what deeds are there to do, so that your government would consider to change the Travel Advisory to Exercise normal safety precautions. We totally understand that given our history and especially the recent change of government, it’s your countries duty to give the current warning to your citizens for travel to Iran, but exactly here we would like to explore opportunities to better this."

After he spoke about his first topic, the Prince took another sip of his water and waited for the Spaniard to answer.

Ambassador Teseo Carmona nodded politely as the Prince spoke. She glanced toward her aides, then back to the Prince before responding.

“Your Royal Highness, we can certainly explore easing visa requirements for Iran. Additionally, we can coordinate with national carriers such as Iberia to increase flights to the capital and other key destinations in both our countries.”

The Ambassador paused, consulting her notes briefly before continuing.

“Regarding the travel advisory, while it reflects decisions made under your previous administration. It is also tied to the overall stability of the region. The advisory will naturally evolve as conditions improve, both within the region and under your administration’s actions”
