He is the head of state, and opens or dissolves the Parliament, is the highest judicial instance and can Veto any Law, by not sign it into validity.
He can force the head of government to resign, if not an 75/100 part of the Parliament backs up the head of government.
Although he has there fore an immense power to block the work of Parliament and Government, he is not head of Government or, by the constitution, meant to be too much included in daily business of the state.
He resides in his own residence at Persepolis, and has his own special branch of military (besides Army, Airforce and Navy) the Anûšiya-an-Sha (Companions of the King) as personal guard of 10.000 active personal for field duty (more in “Armed Forces”).

I. Royal Assembly of the 4 Quarters of Earth
- 333 Deligates, 33 are elected by the Royal Assembly of Nobility. 300 are by the Assembly of the Common.
- Is the regular parliament of the Kingdom. Parliament examines what the Government is doing, makes new laws, holds the power to set taxes and debates the issues of the day.
- Can Veto everything from the Royal Assembly of Common/Nobility by 3/4 majoritys.
II. Royal Assembly of the Nobility
- 200 (167) Deligates, elected in free equal and secret elections from every citizien of Nobility. Election is all 10 Years or if a Deligate drobs out.
- Elects the Royal Lords (of Treasury, Law and Religion and Representative at the Global Assembly) Can Veto Laws until the Royal Assembly votes n a Law with 3/4 majority.
III. Royal Assembly of the Common
- 1000 (700) Deligates, elected in free equal and secret elections from every citizien (who is not of Nobility) Election is all 4 Years or if a Deligate drobs out.
- Elects the Prime Minister and the Royal Prince of the great Gate for Foreign Relations can Veto with simpel majority the Ministers of the Goverment.
