Citizens unable to leave the mentioned affected areas on their own will receive government travel assistance except for those in the following nation(s): ISRAEL. If you live in the affected area and cannot return please whatever transportation available to get to a foreign airport of any type and contact the MOFA Turkey for further information. If you are absolutely unable to leave it is highly recommended to avoid major urban centers and coastal regions.
