Considering that as per MN rules a player cannot roleplay the actions of other nations citizens without the express consent of that other player involved, post #174 would have no effect ("The entire Argentine population's").

Being in an open state of war against France, the argentine population would not follow the very suspicious link or enter the twitter account. In fact, even if it would be so (NOT the case), Operation Monkey Wall, destined to tighten cyber security and "currently monitoring any inconsistency" would have immediatly detected the attempt at attacking the personal data of argentine citizens and immediatly have isolated the malware.

In fact, due to the tightened control of the "flow of information" (as stated in Operation Monkey Wall) the argentine cyber seucirty specialists would quickly identify the potential threat, without any casualty, isolate it and render it useless. The attack would be tracked back to France.

Twitter would privately informed that its platform is being used for commiting cyber crimes. Cyber security would be tightened even more on all levels (public and secret or encrypted networks) and the population would be informed of the potential attacks. Intructives would be given out to better inform everybody on how to prevent malware, virus and other types of targeted attacks
