Minister Ban Ki-moon,

First I would like to congratulate the rise of the House of Yi to the throne of the Korean Empire. I understand this can be a severely trying time for your government and if there is anything my office can do to assist in the transfer of power or moral support, do let me know.

In recent history, Korea and Poland have had a strong relationship that culminated in a strong defensive friendship. Unfortunately, with the numerous changes in government recently, we have allowed that friendship to lapse. We are eager to begin that friendship again in the hopes that we can provide a safe, secure, and healthy space for both of our citizens. First, I would like to reestablish the Educational exchange program originally started between Korea and Poland. We would like to further this friendship into several defense acquisitions to assist in modernizing the Polish Navy.
Sincerely,

Asia Dudek
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
Kingdom of Poland

Deputy Minister Dudek,

Thank you for your warm congratulations. It has been a trying time, however the people of Korea, both the former Republic and People's Republic, have been warm and open to the change and we are becoming more of a people by the day.

We are thrilled to hear about your eagerness to renew our friendship and work towards providing a safe, secure, and healthy space for both of our citizens.

I completely agree that reestablishing the Educational exchange program and expanding our cooperation to defense acquisitions for the modernization of the Polish Navy would be beneficial for both countries. This will not only strengthen our ties but also contribute to the development and security of our nations.

I am looking forward to discussing the details of these proposed initiatives further and working together to build a warm, open, and mutually beneficial partnership between Korea and Poland.

Kindest Regards,
Ban Ki-moon
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Korean Empire
Korean Empire

Minister Ban Ki-moon,

I appreciate you reaching back out to us in regards to our prior message. I am gladdened that you agree with our assessment that our continued friendship would be better for both nations, if not the world as a whole. Attached to this email is a draft of a Memorandum of Understanding on Education for you to peruse at your leisure.

The first formal act of diplomacy I wish to act upon currently is a formal request for the continued use of the Polish Embassy at 20-1 Samcheong-ro, Jongno District, Seoul, Empire of Korea. We would offer the continued use of the Korean Embassy at Szwoleżerów 6, 00-464 Warszawa, Poland for your nation to use. While it may be considered a formality to formally request the continued use of these Embassies it is our belief that offering the mutual respect of a formal request favors the continued ideals of expanding our diplomatic influence.

In regards to modernizing the Polish Armed Forces, it is our belief that these talks are best held in person and thus we would like to schedule a meeting between Korean Ambassador to Poland and a panel concerning the Ministry of National Defense - Office of the Navy and the Council of Ministers. The Council of Ministers are the key advisors of His Majesty the King of Poland and thus are able to provide the best insight towards the King's state of mind in regards to diplomatic relations with the Empire of Korea
Sincerely,

Asia Dudek
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
Kingdom of Poland
