Dear Mr President,

First of all, Poland would like to offer it's congratulations to the recent reelection of your president Yoweri Museveni. Democracy and the power of the people is something the Poland holds dear to its heart and we are glad to see that a nation such as Uganda exists within the richest continent on the planet, one that has seen such strife and hardship. We are glad to see a nation attempting bring hope to its people. We also hope this communication finds you in good health. As for the primary reason for sending his communication, we are interested in sending a delegation to Kampala to discuss diplomatic ties between Uganda and Poland in an effort to help wash away past colonial transgressions committed against the Ugandan people, and the People of Africa. I am currently stationed in the Empire of the Congo but I can have a detail from Warsaw ready to depart whenever you provide a date for the meeting.

Sincerely,
Ambassador Pietr Zielenski
Polish Foreign Ministry - Africa and the Middle East Division

Ambassador Zielenski,

President Museveni and the Ugandan people thank you for the congratulations and kind words about our stable democracy. Uganda is proud to have one of the most robust democracies in all of Africa, and we are eager to work alongside all of those who respect the will of their people. The hardships of the past including the exploitation of the people at the hands of foreigners and despots is indeed something that links the history of Poland and Uganda. Both of our people have suffered much in the past, and both of our government's now, stable democracies, bring hope and prosperity for the future. Uganda will be most willing to work with Poland.

Our government would be most happy to receive a delegation from Poland in Kampala to formalize and advance diplomatic and bilateral ties between our two people. Uganda is a land of rich culture and much potential. We are eager to show ourselves to the world as an example of what wise and careful government can do in Africa. Our government can receive your delegation at your earliest convenience, just let our foreign ministry know when they have departed and expect to arrive and we will make sure accommodations are prepared.

Foreign Minister Alupo,

We are glad to hear that you share the same sentiment with Poland and are most willing to work with us. Our delegation will be leaving from the Warsaw-Okecie Airport shortly and will be scheduled to arrive in Kampala via the Entebbe International Airport. I have CC'd Ambassadir David Ouattara who will be the newly established Ambassador to Uganda. He will be bringing with him a few attaches and consultants to better brief himself on the current state of Ugandan affairs as well as to help you understand the current state of affairs within Poland.

If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to send an email to myself or Ambassador Ouattara.

Sincerely,
Ambassador Pietr Zielenski
