“I will verbally confirm for the recording that the Polish side of the conference has signed the trade agreement and the SOFA and move to have them brought towards our respective governments for oversight and implementation as soon as possible.”
Polish copy of the documents would already be gathered in a pile to be brought before the Sejm and the Senat to be voted on upon the conclusion of the conference.
“As for visas, yes that is a huge part of our hopes is to better promote travel and tourism to both of our nations should we be able to better guarantee their safety during the stay. I understand that the southeast region of Türkiye is experiencing higher than average threat levels due to extremism and we would like to put travel advisories for Polish citizens for that region but promote travel to the safer regions such as Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir. We would offer promote travel to a Warsaw, Krakow, and the northern resorts on the Baltic Sea. Regarding visas, we would like to offer mutual visa-free travel up to 90 days within a 180 day period. Expedited business visas with validity for 4 years and expedited approval within 5 business days. We would be eager to see your views on this and what else you would like to expand upon.”
