PROJECT INFORMATION | To improve the public health sector, the argentine Government announced a 2bn investment in modernizing and expanding existing facilities throughout the country, with heavy focus on the major cities. This would include the acquisition of state-of-the-wart medical equipment, the construction of additional rooms and the adding of ambulances. Budget would also be allocated into improving the salaries of medical staff, from nurses and technical operators up to doctors. A new network of first aid and emergency clinics would also be established, through the cosntruction of small centers in the outskirts of major cities and smaller towns. These would provide the first meassures and give time for the patients to get to more complex facilities in necesary. |
