PROJECT INFORMATION	Note: The existence of this base is public knowledge, but all details of its operational capabilities and layout are highly secretive. The India National Intelligence Training Academy (INITA) is a national security infrastructure project designed to establish a world-class intelligence training facility for India's intelligence services. Located on a 15,000-hectare secure compound in the Indo-Burma jungles, this facility will train domestic and foreign intelligence operatives, counterintelligence specialists, and regional security analysts to protect the Company's interests. Facility Overview Located 65km east of Imphal, near the border with Myanmar. Built on a 15,000-hectares of government-controlled land. It will have a 5km radius exclusion zone around the entire facility, which will be constantly monitored by manned patrols and CCTV. The terrain presents jungles, mountains, and cleared areas to provide diverse training environments. Only two routes will access the facility: a single secured road connection with military checkpoints and helicopter landing pads. Its remote location will ensure operational security and noise control. It is also located a roughly 90-minute drive from the capital and is adjacent to existing military training areas. Facility Designs Core Training Complex (450 hectares) Main Academy Building: Administrative headquarters and command centre, 50 specialized classrooms with advanced audiovisual systems and teaching methods, secure briefing rooms with TEMPEST-certified electronics, library and intelligence archives, officer quarters for 200 permanent staff, dining facilities and recreational areas, and medical clinic with emergency surgical capabilities. Advanced Simulation Centre: Urban environment mockups (complete city blocks), embassy and government building replicas, airport and transportation hub simulations that can also be functional in cases of emergencies (large enough for a Globemaster to land and take-off, hotel, restaurant, and commercial space replicas, residential neighbourhood complexes, industrial facility mockups, and variable configuration modular buildings. Technical Training Facilities: Electronics and surveillance equipment laboratories, communication interception and analysis centres, cybersecurity and digital forensics laboratories, document forgery and authentication workshops, photography and video production studios, audio recording and analysis facilities, and cryptography and code-breaking centres. Specialised Training Areas (2,000 hectares) Combat and Tactical Training Zones: Live-fire shooting ranges (25m to 1000m distance), close-quarters battle training facilities, tactical driving courses with various vehicle types, helicopter landing zones and aviation training areas, obstacle courses and physical fitness testing areas, combat medical training facilities, and weapons storage and maintenance armouries. Survival and Evasion Training Area: Dense forest and jungle survival training zones, mountain terrain with cave systems, simulated prisoner-of-war camps, escape and evasion course networks, solitary confinement simulations, weather station and climate control systems, emergency shelter and equipment caches, search and rescue training scenarios, and torture simulations. Urban Operations Training City: Full-scale city environment with 500 buildings, government district with security checkpoints, commercial and residential neighborhoods, transportation network including subway system, utility infrastructure (power, water, telecommunications), populated with role-playing civilians and security forces, and variable scenario configuration capabilities. Accommodation and Support Infrastructure (280 hectares) Student Housing Complex: Dormitory facilities for 1,500 students, officer quarters for different ranks and specializations, isolation quarters for security violations and disciplinary actions, medical isolation facilities for sick personnel, recreational facilities within secure perimeter only, and multiple security checkpoints and biometric access control systems. Logistics and Support Facilities: Central dining hall serving 5,100 daily meals, medical centre with 50-bed hospital capacity, maintenance shops for vehicles and equipment, fuel storage and distribution systems, water treatment and waste management plants, power generation facilities with backup systems, and communications tower and satellite systems.
