National Origin determines ownership of a Product, so Canada and Australia have an equal share to the ASLAV. This is stipulated by Wikipedia, regardless of circumstances. When National Origin is not available, the manufacturer is used to determine the owner, which in this case is the United States. So, your countries would only have access because you're an operator. Shares to the manufacturer or subsidiaries take precedence over these rules. So, buying either would make the individual the majority shareholder and proprietor to the ASLAV.

To reaffirm what I have just said, neither of you can block the other from developing the ASLAV at this moment in time.
