Dear Lieutenant General Jerónimo Abreu,
I am writing on behalf of the Spanish Government to express our interest in establishing bilateral relations with the Dominican Republic. We believe that our two countries share common values and interests that can be mutually beneficial for both parties. Spain has a long history of friendship and cooperation with the Dominican Republic, and we are eager to continue working together on various issues such as trade, investment, defense, and cultural exchange. We believe that by strengthening our relationship, we can achieve greater prosperity and stability for our respective nations.
I would like to propose a meeting between representatives from both our governments to discuss potential areas of collaboration and to explore ways in which we can deepen our relationship. I am confident that through dialogue and cooperation, we can achieve great things together. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to strengthen the ties between our two countries.
Regards,
Cèlia Martí
Spanish Ambassador to the Dominican Republic
Kingdom of Spain
