To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India,

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Thailand, representing 75,086 free communes, extends its warm regards to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Indian Socialist Republic. We are eager to establish solidarity between our nations, committed to socialist values: democracy, equality, and freedom.

Since the end of the Cold War, the United States' Central Intelligence Agency has been successful in painting state capitalist regimes such as the Soviet Union, North Korea, and Cuba as representing our socialist values, associating them with authoritarianism and regression. However, as socialist countries, Thailand and India understand that socialism is the highest form of democracy that substantially respects human rights and upholds human dignity. It is our great joy to witness another population choosing the path toward liberation.

Today, Thailand stands as the most democratic and freedom-respecting nation on Earth. This achievement stemmed not from some capitalistic propaganda but from the power of the people to self-govern themselves. We see India as a fellow traveler who wants to put its citizens at the helm of political, economic, and cultural decisions. However, Thailand also recognizes the vicious forces of capitalism that will actively seek to tear us apart by playing us against one another.

Therefore, Thailand proposes that India host a bilateral summit between our high-ranking diplomats to discuss the nature of our relationship. We will dispatch a delegation led by the Director-General of Asian Affairs to New Delhi as part of this critical dialogue. As socialist countries, Thailand hopes India will reciprocate our gesture as a show of international solidarity. We keenly look forward to your positive response.

Yours in solidarity,

Kanokrat Lertchoosaku

OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE
Classification: Secure & Encrypted

To Minister Lertchoosaku,

May I start by expressing our gratitude for you contacting us. As a nation newly reformed following years of turmoil and oppression of our citizens, we are glad to emerge as a socialist republic for the people, by the people. We as a nation will no longer be puppeted by capitalist regimes for cheap labour and poor treatment of workers, and we aim for all citizens to have equal opportunities for work and education with no exceptions.

As a nation who has been enlightened by the core values of socialism, we too have found it to be the superior form of democracy and our citizens as a self-governed populace are showing the highest satisfaction rates in the nation's history. Our current goals are to improve infrastructure and education to ensure the well-being of our citizens and to provide more opportunities for all citizens. We feel that a positive relationship with an established like-minded nation will serve almost as a role-model for our progression as a government and will also show our citizens they made the right decision to transition to a socialist democracy.

Therefore, it is with great pleasure for us to confirm that we will happily host a bilateral summit between our two great nations. The summit can be held at your earliest convenience, we will have security, accommodation and transport ready for your arrival. If you have any particular items for discussion could you please let us know via return, therefore we can brief our Chief of Asian Affairs, Mandeep Choudhury who will be leading the dialogue on our behalf.

Khushhaali ki kaamna,
Sincerely,
