Dear Baatsi Bankole,
I respectfully reach out on the Republic Government of Thailand's behalf to inform you that we are looking to send a fleet of 8,500 personnel, 17 transport ships, and up to 8 warships to the Imperial State of the Congo. We have been observing the situation in both Congos simultaneously, and we believe it is necessary to send a humanitarian mission that is impartial and supports the well-being of civilians. We intend to deploy in both nations, and we are also requesting permission from the Republic of Congo. Without passing judgment on anyone's identity, we declare our desire to assist the Congolese people suffering due to the conflict or war currently inside the region.
We have always respected and had goodwill for your country as a partner of Congo. We sincerely hope you will accept our request to assist your citizens, civilians, and innocents. The international community is keenly following the conflict between the Congos, and if both of the Congos agree to our proposal for a humanitarian mission, it will demonstrate a considerable improvement in the peace effort. If you believe that this mission is necessary, kindly let me know.
Sincerely
Sopa Pimolkittikool
Thai Ambassador to Congo
Republic of Thailand
