Your Eminence,

I am writing to you at the behest of the State Department. I, and the State Department, are entirely neutral in His Holiness's statements from the Vatican Balcony as we feel they are of a religious nature. However, the State Department did take notice of the defrocking - the literal one - of former cardinal, Jack Daniels, because he is an American citizen. I can only imagine that Mister Daniels has committed one or more awful crimes for him to have been so publicly humiliated in this way. If any of these crimes occurred in the United States and your office has evidence of them, I am requesting that you send such information to me as soon as possible. The Federal Government is interested in investigating and coming to understand the full extent of what crimes he committed against any Americans or entities within the United States.​

Mr. Ambassador,

I would like to kindly remind you that during the Urbi et Orbi speech, His Holiness Hadrianus VII, made it clear that he feels and that the world leaders should understand that the Old Treaties and Agreements are still in full force. As such His Holiness and the Holy See by extension, will be operating under the assumption that all Avowed Clergy of the Catholic Church, are citizens of the Holy See first, and expatriots of their country of birth second. As such the Anathemic Jack Daniels is ours do admonish as His Holiness and Holy Mother Church sees fit. Daniels voluntarily and of his own free will made a Vow of Obedience to the Church. Not unlike your own Military Personnel do, and just like your Military Personnel if they commit a crime while in Uniform they are tried by a Court Martial not by a Court Judicial. This situation with Daniels is no different, except in the fact that the Church refuses to dishonorably discharge him, as such the punishment His Holiness has chosen for him is eternal, not just in this mortal coil, but in the world to come as well. I would turn your mind to Matthew 16:19 which states “And I will give to thee the Keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in Heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven”

Thus I would urge you not to interfere, for I assure you a naked man exposed to the streets of Rome, and bound under The Bans shall find no comfort in this world. For he shall make his bed upon the stones of the streets, and the innumerable cats that haunt those same streets shall make a feast of his flesh every night. Which is far better than he deserves. The Grand Inquisitor has furnished me with a file box of evidence that I am forwarding on to you to dispose of as you see fit. It contains all information that the Holy Office has acquired on the myriad Sins of Daniels. But we will not support the extradition of our prisoner to you. For even the worst Super Max death row cell you have available is too good for the likes of him, as you will be made aware to your authorities when they read the evidence provided.

The information sent from the Holy See would be securely brought to the State Department, examined, and then securely brought over to the J. Edgar Hoover building in Washington D.C. where it would be examined by the FBI. The information, once examined and interpreted, would be made into a brief for the Director of The FBI. Special Agents in New York State would be dispatched to look into the validity of the information and investigate further.​

The investigators who open the box would find a complete ”Ivestigation-in-a-Box”, though none of the documents are originals they a certified copies. It contains everything from victim & family affidavits, original police reports from various US Law Enforcement Agencies that were either “lost” or deemed closed for “lack of evidence”, correspondence that clearly shows Daniels’ efforts to cover up his crimes, and even a diary of his sins going back decades.

It even delineates an incident involving a young seminarian whose initials are EC, though the rest of the name is redacted (the only redaction in the entire document), in graphic detail. And shows without a doubt that Danieis was a serial and prolific sexual abuser of boys ages 14-21. Possibly the worst in American history..

As well as a note from The Grand Inquisitor which read:

To whomever receives this rather heavy burden, know that I shall be praying for you. When His Holiness Poe Hadrianus made such a bold move in St. Peter’s before the whole of the world, I felt it was too much, too theatrical, too harsh.
