Congratulations on your election to the Presidency of the Russian Federation. Since 1995, Russia and the United States have had a respectful relationship where we have coordinated a number of times from Ukraine, to the war in Turkey, to standing against international terrorism and radicals. It is my hope that you and I will be able to maintain this relationship so that our countries can work together, instead of working against each other. I sincerely wish you the best as you set up your administration.
