ENCRYPTED MESSAGE

TO: Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation ( Zak )
FROM: Benjamin V. Sinclair, President of the United States of America

Mister President,

Congratulations on your election to the Presidency of the Russian Federation. Since 1995, Russia and the United States have had a respectful relationship where we have coordinated a number of times from Ukraine, to the war in Turkey, to standing against international terrorism and radicals. It is my hope that you and I will be able to maintain this relationship so that our countries can work together, instead of working against each other. I sincerely wish you the best as you set up your administration.

Respectfully,

Benjamin V. Sinclair

Dear President Benjamin Sinclair,

I am sincerely grateful for your warm congratulations on my election as President of the Russian Federation. Your message reflects the valued tradition of mutual respect and cooperation that has existed between our nations, even in challenging times.

As you rightly noted, our countries have a history of working together on matters of great international importance from regional stability in Ukraine and Turkey to combating terrorism and extremism worldwide. These efforts demonstrate that constructive dialogue between Moscow and Washington remains essential to ensuring global peace and security.

In the spirit of this understanding, I would like to extend an invitation for a direct telephone conversation between us at your earliest convenience. Such a discussion would allow us to exchange views on the current state and future direction of Russian and American relations, and to lay the groundwork for a productive and respectful partnership during our respective terms in office.

My office stands ready to coordinate with yours to arrange a mutually agreeable time.

Kind Regards,
Vladimir Putin
President of Russia
Russian Federation

FROM: Benjamin V. Sinclair, President of the United States of America

Mister President,

Thank you for your response. I look forward to a discussion between the two of us, and I would be happy to have a phone call with you. At this time I am currently busy with the Official Visit of the Australian Prime Minister in Washington, but after that is concluded I think that it would be great for the two of us to speak over the telephone. Hopefully we can meet sometime soon and start working on initiatives that will benefit both of our countries as well as the world. In the meantime, I hope that you will continue to allow the United States Embassy in Moscow to continue to operate and for Andrew Olegovich to continue to serve as the United States Ambassador to the Russian Federation.

Respectfully,

Benjamin V. Sinclair

RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Dear President Benjamin Sinclair,

Thank you for your correspondence.

I completely understand the demands of your current schedule, particularly with the visit of the Australian Prime Minister in Washington. I appreciate your willingness to connect, and I look forward to our conversation once your commitments have concluded.

In the meantime, I agree that continued cooperation between our countries is vital, and I welcome the opportunity to begin work on joint initiatives that can bring mutual benefit and contribute to global stability and progress.

I also appreciate your support for the continued operation of the United States Embassy in Moscow and for Ambassador Andrew Olegovich's service. These diplomatic channels remain essential for open communication and constructive engagement.

We will be appointing a new Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United States and will be taken up by Elena Morozova who will present her credentials at the State Department in the coming days upon her arrival to Washington.

Wishing you a productive and successful conclusion to the visit. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Kind Regards,
Vladimir Putin
President of Russia
Russian Federation
