"In that case, we'd be looking to receive:

Crude Oil, monthly, arriving at Portsmouth.

Food Stuffs, monthly, arriving at Portsmouth.

Civilian Aircraft and Aircraft Engines, monthly, Southampton.

Auto Parts, monthly, to Southampton.

I presume you'd be happy to arrange the logistics of those trips, and if you'd like to confirm our destinations and delivering what, we'll arrange the journeys to the US.
Due to the distance, I'm afraid we can only delivery in monthly intervals."

"In return, we would like to see Machinery and Cars be imported into the Port of New York. Precious Metals and Pharmaceuticals into the Port of Baltimore and Organic Chemicals into Texas City.

We will arrange the logistics right now, and the same in return, we can only do monthly trips"

"That sounds like a great plan, we'll push through the logistics at our side to ensure a smooth trade transition back and fourth between on a monthly rota. Whilst I don't suspect concern, I judge security is expected to be reviewed by both countries for both routes? For example if there was concern for any of the trade vessels between the UK and US, we both would be expected to respond to assist and evaluate the situation if needed? Could you please confirm if you'd be happy with that agreement? Unwritten unless you'd prefer to adapt that into a formal agreement of trade responsibilities."

"Of course I agree with that, security for our trade routes are one of our top priorities"

"Indeed. I've also heard that the trade routes between the UK and the US have been confirmed, so it's an absolute pleasure to begin trade.
Is there any other subjects you'd like to discuss in the meantime?"

"Yes there is, historically the US and the UK have been very close allies. I would like for this to continue on into the future. I know it will take further discussion and planning, however I would like to see the possibility of an Alliance put on the table between us in the near future"

"Absolutely, further cooperation is something we would look forward participating in. It's possible we'd also be interested in some form of alliance, but I think it's early days for that. I think, if you'd be interested, we could begin with a Military Exercise?
In particular.. the Royal Air Force is growing interested in the US Pararescue and the way they operate, our Ministry of Defence has an upcoming meeting to discuss this but they are looking into having the RAF Regiment handle Combat Search and Rescue.. something the UK hasn't explored before and we'd be keen in having a company of our men trained by your own Pararescue. Is this something the US would be able to help with?"

"Of course, if you like, I can invite someone from the Joint Chiefs of Staff or the Department of Defence into the call so it can be organised sooner rather than later?"

"That would be great, it'd be a huge benefit to arrange such training now if you'd be happy to invite them in?"

General Ronald Fogleman would be invited into the call, his line too would be encrypted. He'd be given a small briefing about the call before hand. "Mister President, Mister Prime Minister. What can I do for you gentlemen?"

"Good Evening General." responded the Prime Minister, "I was discussing a potential joint training exercise between the Royal Air Force Regiment and your own Pararescue Units and I believe this is something that ought to be discussed with yourself.
We are hoping to give the RAF Regiment more of a ... multi-role approach to operations and expand their focus to Combat Search and Rescue. This is something we've not explored and I'd love for the opportunity to have a company of our personnel deploy to the US to embark on a training exercise hosted by the USAF Pararescue if this is possible?"

"That would be possible yes. Since it takes two years to become a pararescueman, I am assuming you want your personnel to go through a crash course? If so I will lay it out for you now:
  • Potential candidates will need to go through an indoctrination course to make sure they are fit enough for the training - one week
  • Army airborne school at Fort Benning in Georgia - one and a half weeks
  • Combat Diving Course at Panama City, Florida- two weeks
  • Survival school at Fairchild AFB, Washington - one week
  • Free Fall Parachutist School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina - one week
  • Pararescue Recovery Specialist Course at Kirkland AFB, New Mexico - six weeks

If this is something you can agree on, we can start planning straight away."

"Absolutely. The Royal Air Force Regiment are already a specialist unit in their own right, ceasing and holding airfields, protecting bases and non-combat evacuation operations and the recovery of downed aircrew. They're capable combat personnel but the USAF Pararescue have a more proficient role in Combat Search and Rescue. Something we are keen to explore. I'm confident your crash course will give us enough material to develop this unit to be at the forefront of British Pararescue. We hope to turn the RAF Regiment into a more versatile unit, covering airport holding to fully-fledged combat rescue. We would be like to commit to the course you've highlighted with a company of our own men, 100 personnel, if this is something you are capable of training?"

"Of course, I will alert members of the 79th Rescue Squadron to relieve some of its training staff. The indoctrination course will take place at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas so if you could send your personnel there that would be great."

"As a side note.. we are looking to also sell the 9 Sikorsky UH-60A Blackhawks and 5 Boeing MH-47D Chinooks as we are re-developing our Special Forces Aviation.

I figure, out of courtesy, we would query as to whether these are something you would like to purchase? If not, we will be putting them up for auction, unless First Choice would like to purchase the Black Hawks given their ownership over Sikorsky that is."

"We would be happy to receive them. Also we are interested in buying this equipment, do you have a price for them?"

"Of course, we have the unit price set for each one :-

UH-60A Blackhawk: $30,000,000.00
MH-47D Chinook: $75,000,000.00

The total for all would be $645,000,000.00."
