From Milan Milutinovic, President of Serbia
To Antea Ilić, President of Bosnia @nath
About: Breaking of Peace

I come to you in urgency the action you are about to take will forever destroy serbian and bosnian relations as you are about to break the Daytona Agreement the treaty officially ending the yugoslav wars. the agreement states that bosnia must allow for the Bosnian Serbian Republic (Republika Srpska) Be allowed as an internal bosnian autonomous region with the annexation of this land the daytona agreement will have been broken and this would force serbia to break our stipulations of the treaty. if you annex Republika Srpska the Daytona agreement will be null and void and this would allow for serbian remilitarization. Upon the completion of the Sarajevo summit serbia will be forced to remilitarize the
border and we will begin to rebuild a fighting force officially serbia will end any diplomatic contact to bosnia. we have told you may times that republika srpska is a hot topic and you have ignored every warning now you have lead us to this.

Milan Milutinovic
President
Republic of Serbia

From: Denis Kovač, Co-President of Bosnia and Herzegovina(Bosniak); Mile Vlahović , Co-President of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Serbian); Gabrijel Kralj, Chairman of the Presidency (Croat)
To: Milan Milutinovic
cc: Jozefina Lovrić, Prime Minister of Boznia and Herzegovina;

You are accusing our nation of actions we have not done. There are no plans for Bosnia to violate the territories of the Republika Srpska. The Sarajevo summit is an internal affair to discuss how the Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina can secure our joint peace and internal development. The summit is being attended by Serbian representatives and representatives from the Republika Srpska.

Any violation of Bosnian or Republika Srpska territory by Serbian forces will invoke strong military retaliation. We have withdrawn our offer of a meeting between our two governments until your threats are withdrawn.

Co-written and signed by
Denis Kovač, Co-President of Bosnia and Herzegovina(Bosniak)
Mile Vlahović , Co-President of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Serbian)

Gabrijel Kralj, Chairman of the Presidency (Croat)"

At the Bosnia-Serbian border, Martin Horvat the minister of Foreign Affairs would turn his convoy back towards Sarajevo.
