Share Values for May have indicated that the worth of General Dynamics European Land Systems are down by 192.78%.

After further investigation, this has occurred due to the drastic drop from the Philippines, with your 1.5% share at an all-time low of -22,158,184,472.73.

With this in mind, please consider this notice that you have until June to recover this balance before further action is taken and the shares go out to the public for sale.

Following a short time from the first letter, Ziron has reassessed the worth and has offered $1billion to the Philippines to buy the 1.5% back. Which in turn will have given the Philippines a profit from their sale price, help their economy, and fix the decline of value of General Dynamics European Land Systems.

We would like to acknowledge your notice letter regarding the recent and abrupt decline of the market value of Philippine-owned 1.5% share of General Dynamics European Land Systems. We fully understand that your letter is purely of commercial standpoint, and that Ziron (the parent company) just want to ensure that commercial interest is always sustained into a profitable position. And we fully acknowledge that due to the recent, unexpected unfavorable event in Philippines' financial environment wherein a fiscal bubble has "bursted", an unprecedented event that even our government and our fiscal institution compare it as a "force majeur" ); it has triggered a bearish sentiment which affected the market value of Philippines' owned 1.5% share of General Dynamics European Land Systems.

Our government is fixing this unexpected fiscal issue we are suddenly faced with and we are doing our best to tackle our monetary deficits. And we greatly appreciate it that Ziron is offering to buyback from us the 1.5% share for $1 billion which is actually a generous offer. Moving forward, we formally accept Ziron Group's offer and will transfer back the 1.5% shares to Ziron parent company.

Once again, thank you very much for your offer. We are confident that Philippines' will recover and will get back to it's once strong and stable fiscal health. And we look forward in doing business again in the future and continue good relationship with Ziron Group.

The Philippines Government would be thanked for their acceptance, the money transferred with an extra 500 million in support of their governments economy. Vowing that Ziron's position on the Philippines is unchanged and will happily welcome further agreements and sales in the future. Claiming the 1.5% back to Ziron to help recover the company which would likely go on sale again at a later date to the public.
