[Argentina] Call to South Korea

"As for now, we have Argentina, Russia, Nigeria and Japan as Core and Supporting Partners, esentially members, and then the United Republic of China has the Non-CIS Ally status, meaning its not a member of the CIS, but is permitted to participate in the Political Board.

We are also currently debating the interest of Brazil to join as well. Again, we would be very interested in having South Korea joins us."

We do appreciate you wanting us to join, but we are rather conflicted in deciding whether or not we should. It is something that we must think about and present to the National Assembly"
