The Deputy Prime Minister would nod in agreement "Once this meeting is over, I shall contact the Australian National Lines and ask them to begin ships from Rotterdam to Melbourne" the Minister paused before asking the aide to send a copy over which she would do instantly, with the next topic being discussed the aides would begin taking more notes "I'm glad that the Netherlands and the European region is recovering so well, I definitely know that the Commonwealth on behalf of Australian National Lines have spent nearly $3 Billion Dollars and we’re always happy to spend money where it is needed and with who. I guess the Russians couldn’t handle it eh?” the Minister paused chuckling

"Wonderful, we greatly appreciate this." the Minister said. "Indeed, from recent reports I have heard that Damen Shipyards is doing well. The willingness of countries to invest in trade always shoows a healthy economic recovery. And yes, the Russian government has collapsed but luckily they are now tackling their debt issue and it seems that after this the stock market is also recovering. So let's hope nobody gets in such a debt again and causes another such international crisis.."

"That's wonderful to hear, I'm glad the Dutch Economy is recovering well. Trade is always a boring subject but it is one that always succeeds no matter what, it brings in a lot of income for various nations. May I ask your opinion on the situation in India, with the Communist Insurgents? The Australian Department of Defence are planning a small deployment to recover both Embassy and Consul-General staff, the Indian Administration is painting the picture of it dying down but the Korean Administration are painting a different picture."

"Indeed, it's never been my favourite but it is always worth it as it gets us started and finished with something and it is incredibly beneficial to our economy. As for India, it is something we are aware of and are monitoring actively however with no current threat we have decided to keep our embassy opened for Dutch citizens that need help to get out of the country. The embassy will be fine we believe, but we want to ensure that we can properly help our citizens without getting them stuck there, especially with the risk of things getting worse soon."

Well with the current information we hold, we believe the fighting will cause a major civil war within the country, so we are taking precautionary measures such as closing both the Embassy and Consul-Generals which will then lead into a deployment of a small force to evacuate any and all civilians that wish to depart the nation.

Korean Medical Forces have already become under fire numerous times, which just shows that the Indian Republic doesn’t have any control whatsoever which is worrying.

"These allegations are definitely something we need to look into further. So far our ambassador, who is of course up to date, has informed me that there was no need to evacuate but I will contact him about that again..." The Minister sounded somewhat worried, not taking the risk of a civil war lightly. He nodded in response to the mention of the medical forces. "This is definitely something that needs to be addressed, both internationally to handle the situation but the firing on Medical Forces should also be addressed in court as it is a terrible war crime to commit.

"It does need to be addressed internationally but I do believe if this new Communist party takes over the administration within the Republic of India then it will cause some problems. Right now we are trying to keep this housed within the Asia and Pacific Region, with a lot of nations like the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Korea believe this can be handled within the region without gun hoe powers like the States getting involved. While the Commonwealth are deploying, if the situation does change for the Dutch Citizens and Embassy Staff, then do let us know and we will help evacuate as much as we can."

"I understand that stability in the Asia and Pacific Region is of utmost importance for Australia, as you heavily rely on the stability in this region for trade routes. I'm glad to hear that we can rely on the military of Australia in case we need an evacuation and cannot make it there ourselves in time, as Australia is of course closer to Asia and the Pacific. The same can be said for us, if there ever happens to be trouble and Australian citizens or official personnel need to be rescued from somewhere in Europe or close to our Territories in the Caribbean we can be called upon to help."

"I'm glad the Dutch Administration is willing to entrust the Australian Armed Forces to enact on behalf of them to protect the Dutch Civilians. We will also call upon yourselves to act on behalf of us if the time is needed. We are looking to host a joint training exercise here in Australia between the Australian Armed Forces and the Dutch Armed Forces, I believe this will help benefit the Dutch in help in training in such high heat and terrain. If you agree, I shall get the Ministry of Defence to contact yours, and discuss this in further detail?" the Deputy Prime Minister paused allowing his counterpart to speak

He nodded his head at what the Australian said. "That sounds very promising. You can indeed contact the Ministry of Defence, specifically Minister De Grave, and he will take care of any discussions in this topic." The minister then noted the idea down so he could inform his defence colleague to expect such a message. "If that is the case I do not believe we have much more to discuss about defence as we can leave that to the experts. I believe the only topic we have left to discuss is culture and cultural exchange, unless of course you have anything else to add."

"I shall get the department to contact Minister De Grave once this is over, thank you" the Australian would pause, taking another sip of his drink before continuing "Nope, I nothing else to discuss, so what is it that you wish to talk regarding Culture and Cultural Exchange? the Australian paused allowing the Dutch to speak once again as this was their topic that they wished to speak about, the aides would continue taking notes regarding the meeting for future references

"Alright then, the Netherlands is looking to promote international tourism. Recent policy implementations have seen tourism on the rise and we are looking for international cooperation in order to make international tourism easier for citizens certain countries. An example of how this might be done is by removing the need for pre-approved visa's by allowing visa's on arrival. However other policies such as promotions, removal of visa's for certain types of travel, are of course also possible. I would like to hear what your administration's thoughts on this are, and what kind of policies would be possible within the Australian framework."
