"At the moment, he said opening the binder labeled nuclear portfolio and energy solutions, "approximately 20% of our energy comes from nuclear sources with over 24 operational nuclear power plants and five of the largest nuclear plants in the country producing over 23GW of energy. The consumption rate in the Southern part of the country is 127 Gigawatts with the Northern part of the country using close to 167 Gigawatts in energy consumption. In total we're using 294 Gigawatts, which, if we reduce inefficiencies in the power-grid as well as coal-driven consumption in the Northern part we'd be looking at 270-ish Gigawatts of energy. We would appreciate financial funding for the projects, with technical personnel for nuclear energy abundant in the South and North, we'd be able to provide the skills for construction. We'd also be interested to visit the nuclear power plants in Brazil to understand the differences if they exist. I'm sure we can have a proposal sent sometime by weeks end if that is okay with you."

"We would like to propose construction of two separate power plants, one on the outskirts of Pyongyang and a second on the outskirts of Hamhung. The nuclear power plants would use four Korean engineered APR-1400 nuclear turbines with capacity of each individual powered reactor of 1,400 MW. The advanced pressurized water nuclear reactor is what we hope to use with these two power plants each with four turbines for a total of eight turbines.

The turbines themselves are designed for 60 years of operation with overhaul operations allowing for 100+ years of operation with reactor pressure vessel replacement. Alongside a domestic supply of uranium, the EPR reactors have shown to be more effective at consumption of uranium, with 17% of uranium per unit of generated electrify from turbines being saved compared to older models. With the two power plants we'd be able to cover all current consumption with capacity to expand cities.

The current consumption rate of 1,58 million kilowatts would be covered with an excess surplus which we could in theory offer to neighboring regions as well as redirect to the south. The two plants would cost approximately $7,58 billion for Pyongyang Nuclear Power Plant and approximately $8,62 billion for Hamhung nuclear power plant.

There are no nuclear reactors in use in the North. So, unfortunately there would be no renovations."
