THE GLOBAL ASSEMBLY

OFFICIAL POLLING CARD

THE ASSEMBLY

[REPUBLIC OF KOREA]: Cho Tae-yong

[DATE]: 10/1995

[VOTE]: DECLINE

[REASON]: This represents a violation of a nation's sovereign right to self-defense, such as through deterrence, equivalent reprisals against those nations whom strike first with such weapons, and a sovereign nation's right to make research and development decisions for the future of their nation. Additionally, it is impossible to enforce.

Global Assembly
Official Statement

The vote submitted by the Republic of South Korea has been invalidated, voting requires the appropriate authority of the voting nations to be present in the chamber. I request that the Representative of the Republic of South Korea ensures they are present in the Assembly Chamber prior to voting. In order to avoid confusion, all Representatives currently absent may still enter the chamber and submit a vote on behalf of their nation, I request that they ensure they have read the transcript in order to be aware of the prior debate.

THE GLOBAL ASSEMBLY
OFFICIAL POLLING CARD
THE ASSEMBLY
[ASSEMBLY MEMBER]: Thomas Tudor
[DATE]: 10/1995

[VOTE]: APPROVE
[REASON]: Britain strongly stands in the opposition of weapons that has the ability to take thousands of lives and families. Noting that such weaponry does not distinguish military from civilian. Adult from child. Human from animal. It is only designed to kill anything in its path.
