The Congolese Delegation would be privately alerted that the meeting will commence in about two weeks from today(IC) and they have been advised to begin their journey to the Port of Istanbul in the next ~3 days assuming the delegation is traveling at around 25-30 Knots. The Turkish Naval escort(TCG LFS005) will be deployed upon confirmation that the Congolese delegation has set sail for the Mediterranean Sea.
Turkish Police would begin preparations for the summit in the coming weeks, surveying the surrounding area and looking for potential Terrorist, Partisan, or Israeli activity in the City. Any Israelis or Known Jews in Istanbul would be privately investigated by the General Gendarmerie Command via local police forces. Checkpoints would be set up around the city as well to regulate activity near the summit center, these checkpoints would not be active yet. The Çağlayan Justice Palace would be closed to the public and outfitted with bulletproof glass panels near all of the windows and a sweep would be done to detect any hazards in the building.
Local media would be alerted that an upcoming summit between Turkey and several other nations will occur in the next two weeks but no other information would be provided until a later undecided date.
Diplomatic Staff have begun preparations privately And the GNA has been informed of the Summit.

Planning for refueling and carousing about the Caribbean, the Emperor and his escorts would depart immediately with a full plan ahead.

A detachment of twelve men from the Congolese government's inner workings would board a commercial flight to Istanbul, to scout out the venue ahead of time and ensure everything was fit for the emperor...

As of this moment the military cargo plane carrying the vehicles for the Chinese delegation has departed Beijing, meanwhile, the VIP and staff members and other representatives are now on their way to the airport momentarily to fly to Istanbul, Turkey.

President Akuwhukyu Acho, his ten member security team and his five aides would gladly take the airliner provided by Turkey. The president and his staff would enjoy the 8 hour flight to Istanbul.

The A330(PA2) carrying the Nigerian President would be surrounded by Ceremonial Staff and Security as he leaves the aircraft. The Nigerian National Anthem would be played by a ceremonial military group and various Turkish News agencies would cover the Nigerian President’s arrival.​

Following confirmation from the Congolese Government, TCG LFS005 would depart from Gölcük Naval base Fully Fueled with Non-perishable food/water for 4 weeks, And fully armed and loaded with 8 × Exocet MM40 block II anti-ship missiles, 1 × 100 mm TR automatic gun, 2 × 20 mm modèle F2 guns, 1 × Crotale CN2 CIWS, 2 x 6 Sadral launchers with Mistral Mk 3 SAM/SSM. All radar systems would be fully operational and the vessel would depart at night in order to ensure secrecy. The ship would continue it’s voyage towards Gibraltar at approximately 25 knots via KM>JM>IM and would sail south of the Island of Sicily. The vessel would then reach it’s destination Of Latitude: 35.948342 | Longitude: -6.787298 outside Gibraltar a few hours later and await the arrival of the Congolese Emperor.

IATA ATC would respond to Redguardian-1; “Redguardian-1, you are cleared to land on Runway Three Right. Upon landing, please taxi to Terminal 2A to disembark and meet security team.”
Istanbul International Airport would be on high alert with 80 Turkish Armed Forces Personnel called in to patrol the 5 runways and 3 Otokar ZPT armored cars parked near terminal 2A for rapid Deployment. Airport Security would also be on high alert and metal detectors would be temporarily put in place for regular passengers.
The greeting Delegation would include the Turkish Ambassador to China, Ahmet Tugay and 20 TRRT Security personnel who would be driving 4 Armored Toyota Century Cars. Assuming the Chinese BMW 7s have arrived, these cars would be directed to Terminal 2A for the Chinese to get into and be escorted to their hotel.

The Turkish Government Airliner, an A330(PA2) would depart from Ankara International Airport to Abuja Airport to pick up President Akuwhukyu Acho. Once landing he would have a red carpet boarding and the aircraft would be refueled for the return flight. The Aircraft would have ten security personnel aboard and a fully flight crew for the President. He would be served fine Aegean Çalkarası Wine and Ezogelin corba soup for lunch and a traditional central Anatolian Manti Dish for dinner. The Aircraft would land that night and the President would be allowed to depart into a Mercedes WB100 Presidential Armored Limousine and a police escort to his hotel. The Vice president would greet him inside the Limousine. “How was your flight President Acho? Were in flight accommodations set to the proper standard?“
The motorcade would depart to the hotel while they talked, with streets cleared and check points set up citywide.

Following the late message from the Argentine government, the presidential Airbus A340-300 would depart from Ankara to pick up the Argentine Delegation. The aircraft would have 10 TAF security and would have to request to land at Sao Paulo Airport for a connecting flight to Buenos Aires. The Brazilians would be notified that this is just a civilian connecting flight on the basis of diplomatic procedures.

As the Congolese naval flotilla meets up with the Turkish ship and continues its way through the Mediterranean over to Turkey, the preliminary Congolese scouts would arrive on their commercial flight. They would attain clearance and peruse the venue, pointing out that the flags flying were those of an older administration and providing the appropriate flags as replacements. They would scout out the villa that was to be rented out and inspect the rooms set apart for the ship's crew and other diplomatic staff. After confirming the safety and suitability of the summit they would retire while awaiting the emperor.

As the instructions for the landing have been completed, Redguardian-1 shared the information to Red Dragon, lands in Istanbul airport and begins to unload 2 bulletproofed diplomatic vehicles that the chinese delegation will be using.

Hours later the plane carrying the Chinese delegation has begun approaching Istanbul airport.

"Istanbul Tower this is Red Dragon, approaching Istanbul airport, request permission to land in runway three right, and taxi to terminal 2A"

The Turkish Delegation would apologize to the Congolese delegation that the Incorrect flags had been set up due to the lack of time to change the old administration flags to the new ones. They would be allowed to scout the area for the Congolese Emperor and given adjoining accommodations while they waited for the next few days for the rest of their group to arrive.
Meanwhile TCG LFS005 would begin the trip back to Port of Istanbul with the Congolese escort, all radar systems would be operational during this time and a Imperial State of Congo flag would be raised under a Turkish Flag on the Vessel.

Meanwhile a 15 Car/Motorcycle motorcade would be prepared around the Chinese BMWs and 2 Otokar MLR39 Logistics vehicles would follow close behind with several armed army personnel in each vehicle. The Chinese would be lead to their accommodations without much fanfare and a few Chinese nationals along the motorcade route waving Chinese flags.

As the Chinese delegation is currently travelling on the roads of Istanbul, seeing the sights of the city, the motorcade is now heading towards the Shangri-La Bosphorus Hotel to wait for the other delegations to arrive.

Finally, after many days at sea, the Imperial Yacht and its escorts would become visible upon the horizon, framed by a setting sun, as they approached the city of Istanbul. Blaring from the Congolese ships, fitted with large speaker sets, was La Zaïroise. As the ships approached the port, the advance scouts sent ahead earlier would line up at attention, in formal dress, awaiting their Emperor and observing the Turkish response.

The Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge before sunset​

Approaching the harbor the convoy would pass under the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge which had the New
Congolese and Pan-Turkist Flags flowing down from it, at the same time the Turkish escort vessel would peel off from the convoy and begin it’s way back to Göclük Naval Base for replenishment and debriefing. Meanwhile the Congolese escort vessels would be directed with permission to the commercial harbor where they would be replenished and their crews allowed to disembark.

The Congolese Yacht Emperor’s Yacht meanwhile would be escorted by two KAAN-29 class coast guard vessels into the Yacht and Cruise Ship Port of Galataport near downtown Istanbul. Surroundng the docking area would be hundreds of press and Turkish citizens eager to see the new Congolese Emperor along With over 200 Police and TRRT security personnel who we be closely watching the area to ensure the Emperor‘s safety. The Turkish Security force would have a Rolls-Royce Armored Phantom from Nexus Protection awaiting near the dock to take his excellency to his accommodations. They would await the Congolese Emperor to disembark, where the Vice President and General Akar would await outside.

As the Emperor's Yacht docked, a procession of thirty fully armed soldiers in formal uniforms would march out in tight order, standing at attention in line by the ramp off the boat. Next would come the minor diplomatic staff, followed by the ministers of the armed forces. Next would come twenty men in finely tailored suits, their hands concealed. Finally, under guard, the Emperor Himself would walk out off of the ship, wearing a mixture of traditional African and European royal garb. He waved to the press, saluted his own soldiers, then turned on his heel and saluted the Turkish police in unison with his escort troops.

He would turn to the Vice President and General, shaking their hands in turn. "It is with great pleasure that I meet you- as my first official international diplomatic mission, I hope our nations can form a strong and long-lasting friendship."

Vice President Bahçeli would shake hands with the Emperor and return the greeting with a broad smile, he would be slightly disgusted to be in the presence of Communists but sometimes sacrifices have to be made in order to secure the future of the Nation.

”As do I Emperor Gowon, I have been looking forward to this moment for the last few weeks and I can‘t for us to discuss things further. How about we talk in the car to the hotel? I’m sure it was a long journey even if you were on a luxury yacht, yes?”

The Emperor would be given a space to sit the the Rolls Royce and the vice President would enter the car beside him. The Congolese Security and diplomatic staff would be allowed to get into several Toyota Century and Armored Toyota forerunner escorts behind the two leader’s vehicle. Police escorts would surround the car as the drove through the streets with many civilians waving Nationalist Flags as the convoy drove on through the city. The Vice President would speak to the emperor in the car.

“Ahh, so tell me Emperor how Are things back home? Hopefully better than things here of course, yes?

Meanwhile the Saudi Arabian Government would be messaged to request when they would be arriving.

The emperor would gladly take a seat beside the vice president, and his escorts would themselves follow behind in the provided vehicles. The other military vessels would also disgorge their complements elsewhere, to find their own accommodations in the city after their long trip.

"Things on our homefront have quite frankly never been better- We have finally completed a hospital mega project, introducing over ten brand new healthcare buildings across the country's major cities. We have also finally stepped up our long lackluster defenses, investing heavily in air, naval, and ground defensive systems and forces, and expect to expand these programs greatly in the near future. How has your own government been coping with its economic collapse?" He contained a smirk at his own stab back for the vice president's own insult.

After arriving at the hotel, President Acho and his staff would settle down in their rooms. Security staff would man the hallways. President Acho goes over his notes for the meeting with the leaders a final time before he goes to sleep.

In an apparent hurry, the escort ships of the Emperor would quickly be boarded by their crews and depart just as they had come with no explanation.
