ORDER​

The International Court of Justice,

The Commercial Chamber,

Composed as above,

After deliberation,

Having regard to the Application filed in the Registry of the Court in September 2006, whereby the Kingdom of Sweden instituted proceedings against Nationales Konsortium Fur Marineexport with regard to a dispute concerning a breach of contract of the 1997 Domestic Production Rights Agreement.

Whereas a signed copy of the Application was communicated by Sweden to Nationales Konsortium Fur Marineexport in September 2006.

Whereas the International Court of Justice, in September 2006, transmitted a notification of the Application to the Nationales Konsortium für Marineexport, requesting a written response to the claims set forth therein.

Whereas no such response has been provided by Nationales Konsortium für Marineexport.

Fixes the following date for a public sitting of the Commerical Chamber at the Peace Palace:
1 December 2006;

Reserves the subsequent procedure for further decision.

Done in French and in English, the French text being authoritative, at the Peace Palace, The Hague, October 2006, in three copies, one of which will be placed in the archives of the Court and the others transmitted to the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden and Nationales Konsortium Fur Marineexport, respectively.
