Instead of scrapping this equipment, the Israeli Armed Forces along with the Israeli government have decided to offer a public auction where all nations of the world may participate and bid for the equipment. Below will be listed the equipment, quantity being sold, and the starting bid for each unit.

Portugal would offer $178,500,000 per unit for 2 units of the Sa'ar 4.5-class.

Turkey would put a bid of $480,000,000.00 for the 1500 units of Véhicule de l'Avant Blindé - APC, and $280,000,000 for the 1,000 units of IDF Achzarif-IFV.

The Republic of Vietnam would place a bid of $300,000,000 for the 1,000 units of IDF Achzarif.

The Kingdom of Belgium would place a bid of $700,000,000 for 5 units of Dolphin-class - Diesel-Electric Submarine.

The State of Israel would remind the Kingdom of Belgium that as the bidding cost of the Dolphin-class Submarines began at 200,000,000.00$/unit, 5 submarines would cost 1,000,000,000.00$ and not 700,000,000.00$.

The Kingdom of Belgium would replace its original bid in light of the reminder from Israeli Officials with a bid of 1,000,000,000.00 for 5 units of Dolphin-class Diesel Electric Submarine.
