Vietnam would make an additional request in regards to the T-90AK and T-90A tanks. The request being that the T-90AK and T-90A tanks be fitted with the newer 2A46M-5 main gun. That the 2A46M-5 main gun come with the new autoloader. That the tanks have the new welded turret as opposed to the older cast turret. That the tanks be fitted with the Shtora-1 electro-optical active protection system. Finnaly that a license for the best ammunition for the 2A46M-5 main gun be provided or at least a sizeable stockpile be provided. The ammunition in question being 3BM59 "Svinets-1", 3BK31 "Start", 3OF26, 3Sh8 "Ainet", 9M119M1 "Invar-M", 9M119F1, Sokol-1,

If these are provided then Vietnam will make additional purchases in the future.

Sorry for the late response. Due to the recent changes in management request have been put on hold. Business shall resume soon. Unfortunately due to contract with Russia, we are unable to fulfill Product License request. This being in regards to the BM-25 APFSDS-T License. In order to acquire this license I suggest getting in contact with the Russian Government. We are also unable to provide the special request in regards to the T-90AK and T-90A model tanks. We are only able to provide base models, any special request must be approved through the Russian Government. We can provide any ammo, just not a license for the ammo. I do hope you understand and thank you for your patience. We shall send an invoice within the next month.
